What do you like best about RTA Fleet Management?

i appreciate being able to find WO easily, some programs you can only search by date ot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RTA Fleet Management?

Because we are a contractor for the RTC, I dont have to deal with too many complexities of the program, it meets my needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RTA Fleet Management:

I'm a contractor, so it meets my needs. If you are the county or private owner of a fleet, I would suggest sending several employees to RTA training so you can better understand setup and use. One mind is better than one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RTA is currently server based and they are moving web based. The new layout is not very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very easy to learn, system sometimes doesn’t save created work orders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The staff are great people, they support learning and have annual users conferences. This software is a full package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing, The software is ever changing. If I had to pick a negative it would be that it took a very long time for one of the update versions to come out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
