Their data seems accurate. I've used their free service only and therefore have limited experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This company is out of touch with small business owners based on their pricing. Startups cannot afford the minimum $576 with only annual billing and they expect you to take that leap with a far too abbreviated trial. Maybe that's what the company wants: to only deal with enterprise customers. It's aggravating because they're alienating small businesses that would become fanatical fans in the future. The company should offer a robust free trial and a monthly payment option. I believe they're leaving money on the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to quickly send emails once you identify contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Misleading Information, Terrible Customer Service, Product added zero value. Waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is excellent for getting similar data quality to some of the bigger name prospecting tools that you're paying 10X the price on. Easy to use and to integrate with other apps such as Hubspot, salesloft etc.
I've used multiple Sales Intelligence Tools in the past such as Seamless.ai, Lusha, ZoomInfo, SignalHire. Honestly, the data is quite comparable to the other tools. Lusha does seem to have more available numbers. However, with Lusha, none of the numbers are marked so you don't know if it's an office phone or cell phone, shot in the dark. I find the numbers with Lusha are super accurrate (hit or miss) even though they provide more contact data. With Rocket Reach the extension it clearly idenitifes a cell number vs company phone and is 99% accurrate on the data it can scrape. It will let you know as well how certain it is of the email address by grading the different options it provides which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had some integration issues with Salesloft where I kept getting error messages when I would try to push the contact data to Salesloft with their extension and their support couldn't figure it out why that error message was happening. As well, I've also found their support to not be quite as responsive as I would like. Their main line will get back to you in a short period however when you're actually working with one of their support people they sometimes forget to respond to emails and you have to follow up. They will generally apologize and try to help you solve the issue. I did have a recent issue with accounts merging in Hubspot when I used the RocketReach extension and their support did let me know how they were going to try to reslove that. I've used a number of other professional databases in my career (many of them considered "industry-leading") and RocketReach is still my go-to platform. It's been really easy to use and I'd say about 80% of the time I am able to find a verified professional email address for the contacts and prospects I am looking to connect with. This success rate is much higher than the other sites I've used and I find the information very reliable. Of course data changes daily so at times I hit brick walls in my search but I go to RocketReach first to do any research for contacts at particular companies. I do not currently have any integrations setup but am interested in looking into those options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like I said, data changes often and I still have 20% of my searches that come up short handed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RR is very helpful in finding email addresses for my proprietary outreach program soliciting business owners to sell their companies. It's also helpful in me finding email addresses for potential investors. I say ease of use is high. I use it simplistically, so I'm happy with the features to find emails. For companies with alot of employees, sometimes it takes a while to scroll through all the employees to find the right one. More of a format issue with how many you can see on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The bottom line for my work is that Rocketreach is indispensable. I literally use it everyday to find emails of people that I want to outreach to about collaboration. I really couldn't do without it. I used the word indispensable as the subject line of the review, and that is the bottom line. The service is indispensable. I highly recommend it to anyone trying to find the contact information they're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Actually there isn't anything that I don't like about RocketReach. The service is extremely reliable and accurate. And the fee is very reasonable for what they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very helpful for us as an M&A boutique and we use it a lot to find conntacts. We use it as a complement to other sites such as Pitchbook, especially looking up emails with the outlook add-in that scans LinkedIn. . Easy to download, implement and integrate app into our processes. Support responded in due time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Platform is not loading correctly sometimes and there are differences between the searches on the platform and via the add-in. Also on the platform the company search is not accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I personally like how simple it is to cross search, social, business, and grab additional information to leads already in Salesforce. I use this everyday and have had an easy transition from other platforms I've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing the do not currently offer is the email cadence, or outreach options built in. However I only use this as a lead generation tool so it's not important to me or my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
if you compare it to apollo.io, there is NOTHING you might 'like best' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- integration is miserable
- email sourcing is poor
- phone number sourcing is ridiculously poor
- support is not responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Upsides would be that it is a convenient place to search for contact information I may not be able to find otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is kind of hard to navigate using the list button, for example if I want to pull a bunch of contacts on a list, it doesn't seem super customer intuitive to figure out how to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
