"Streamlining Access to the Right People While Reducing Prospecting Friction"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

What I like most about RocketReach is how it makes finding the right people feel straightforward rather than a chore. Instead of guessing or digging around endlessly, you can quickly get to someone relevant, which is a real time-saver.

The most helpful part is the quality of the data. You’re not just getting contacts, you’re getting useful ones, which makes outreach or networking far more targeted and effective.

It also fits neatly into your workflow without fuss. You can dip in, grab what you need, and move on. Overall, it’s a simple tool that saves time and makes your efforts feel a lot more focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

If I had to point out the downsides, the main one is that the data isn’t always spot on. You do occasionally run into outdated emails or contacts that no longer work at the company, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to move quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use UI/UX with Exceptional Performance and Strong ROI"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

The UI and UX is much easier to manage and investigate compared to similar tools. We do not use the integrations but we know they exist and plan to do so. The performance is exceptional and we feel that the pricing and ROI is well worth it. Onboarding leaves something to be desired as we did not really have any. We have also not experience anything with the AI functions of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The onboarding isn't the easiest. Additionally, we use Microsoft Dynamics so that integration with that system doesn't exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Email Lead Generation Despite Minor Accuracy Issues"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I really like RocketReach because it directly links to LinkedIn, which allows me to verify the leads effectively. It's pretty easy to navigate too. Being able to link directly to someone's LinkedIn profile helps me verify the accuracy of the contact information. For what I need, this is quite beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I mainly use it to search for email addresses. The main issues that I have are that the contact may no longer be with the organization, which is why it's helpful to check the LinkedIn to confirm accuracy. Also, perhaps my team just doesn't know how to use it, but we have trouble exporting bulk lists of contacts. It's very manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for growing your marketing e-list."
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I've been using RockReach for 7+ years now. Being a smaller production company it's been useful for gathering prospects in all departments, and bringing in new business with new clients in all sectors (corporate, advertising agencies, etc). My favorite feature is the ability to use a company URL or a person's linked in profile to generate a search, as that validates the data.. I also like all the new features for exporting / organizing data, and filtering organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I would like a category for corporate communications in the roles. Sometimes the data is inaccurate, but mostly it is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Contact Extraction, Needs Higher Email Limit"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I use RocketReach for extracting contact emails and sending mail using sequences. I like the contact social connect feature, like Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal information, as it allows me to connect rather than just sending mail or calling. The support team guided us properly and helped us set up everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The sequence email sent count should increase. Currently, we can send 500 emails per day. Since we are running multiple sequences, the mail count is limited, and we have to wait for one sequence to complete before starting another one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Outreach Tool for Finding the Right Contacts Accurately"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I’ve found RocketReach to be one of the most reliable tools for outreach, especially when accuracy really matters. Instead of spending hours guessing who the right person might be, RocketReach helps you quickly zero in on the actual decision-maker and gives you direct contact details that are usually spot on.

What I like most is how practical it feels in real work scenarios. Whether it’s conference follow-ups, targeted LinkedIn outreach, or building a clean prospect list, it saves a lot of manual effort and reduces the back-and-forth that comes with incorrect or generic contacts. The filters are intuitive, and it’s easy to narrow down by role, company, or geography.

Overall, RocketReach doesn’t feel like a “nice-to-have” tool it feels like a must-have if your work depends on meaningful, relevant outreach rather than mass emailing. It helps you be intentional, professional, and efficient in how you approach people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I believe the interface is one area where RocketReach can improve. While the tool is functional and delivers on accuracy, a more intuitive and streamlined user experience would make it easier to navigate, especially for first-time users.

Additionally, having more free credits to search email IDs would allow users to better evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. This would be particularly helpful for early stage teams or individuals who rely on precision outreach but operate with limited budgets.Overall, strengthening the interface and offering a bit more flexibility in free usage could significantly enhance the user experience and adoption of the platform. "Effortless Lead Generation with Some Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the ease of searchability and the ability to discover contact information through LinkedIn profiles. I appreciate the keyword and phrase search feature for finding contacts when a name is not known. RocketReach, while not as built out as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, allows me to discover new names and contacts that I was not already aware of. The initial setup was very easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I find the contact lists can be inaccurate or out of date. Also, I'd like more specifics at an employer level, like a cleaner way to filter or break down contacts at a specific business. The filter options could be improved with the ability to filter by various job titles and specific roles. The information is there, but it's not as user-friendly and intuitive as it could be. "Why RocketReach is the best contact database I've used during my 20+ year career in sales."
What do you like best about RocketReach?

The ability to get contact information for people that I want to connect with at companies regardless of their LinkedIn profile even existing. Also, the comprehensive search tools make it easy to narrow down your contacts at companies to the specific people you're looking to speak with, for example, the IT Department at a software company that handles the hardware and not software or platform integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

For me, the least helpful tool is getting personal e-mail addresses. I'm not trying to recruit people to work for me and I would find it extremely rude to contact someone at their personal e-mail address regarding their profession. I'd also prefer more specifics about phone numbers. It seems that Rocket Reach does have a hard time tracking virtual numbers and knowing if they are personal, professional, cellular, or something else such as a VOIP system. "RocketReach Makes Finding Decision-Maker Contacts Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

RocketReach makes it really easy to find contact information for potential clients and vendors in the construction industry. The search filters are straightforward, and I can quickly pull up email addresses and phone numbers for decision-makers at companies I want to work with. It has saved me a lot of time compared to manually searching for contact details on LinkedIn or company websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

The pricing can be a bit steep for a small business like mine. Sometimes the contact information is outdated or inaccurate, which means I have to verify emails before reaching out. It would also be helpful if they offered more flexible plan options for users who only need a limited number of lookups per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Contact Searches with Ease"
What do you like best about RocketReach?

I like the ease of use with RocketReach, especially the feature where you can upload a CSV file with all the names of people you're looking for and get most of the information accurately, like LinkedIn profiles and emails. It's quick and easy to gather the missing contact information, which is a huge help for us. RocketReach doesn't restrict us by state, so we can upload these lists from anywhere in the US and it gathers most of the needed information. The initial setup was very easy and probably took about five minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

I think that maybe if there was a little bit more accuracy in terms of getting all the information, that would be best for us. But overall, it seems pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
