**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I find RocketReach rather fast and easy to use. It offers better data quality compared to other tools we've tried, which makes it somewhat cost-effective for us. The larger database is another plus. I appreciate its reliability, high accuracy, and wide coverage of contact data. The simple export and list-building features are convenient, and I like that it doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features or bloat. The contact accuracy stands out as particularly high, with lower friction concerning credits. It's more accurate and better suited for our smaller, more targeted outreach. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

It could use more depth on organization structure, it's a bit weak for building large, segmented lists compared to other tools, and I wish it had built-in outreach tools. It would be helpful to see how "fresh" a contact is, as I don't really put much weight into their current A+/A- ratings. The platform often feels very "laggy", and I often wish it had a more seamless feel to it, especially when using the search function.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

Rocket Reach is much more affordable than competing software, which makes it a better fit for my budget. It is also easy to navigate and integrates with our CRM system.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

While the initial onboarding meeting was great, there has been little to no support once you become a customer. We ended up turning off our CRM integration because Rocket Reach doesn’t check for duplicates, and it changes the company name instead of simply adding information to the account that already exists in our system. We’ve also found that we’re getting what we paid for: Rocket Reach’s information is inaccurate more often than it’s useful, so overall the software’s performance feels weak at best.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last year, we were using another app similar to Rocket Reach, and we switched to this one because of the price and because we were told it was identical in features and ease of use. We rely on it to identify contact information, but it hasn’t been as accurate as our previous software. As a result, it has caused more problems than it has helped with and because there is no technical customer support we are stuck.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

What I like most about RocketReach is how it makes finding the right people feel straightforward rather than a chore. Instead of guessing or digging around endlessly, you can quickly get to someone relevant, which is a real time-saver.

The most helpful part is the quality of the data. You’re not just getting contacts, you’re getting useful ones, which makes outreach or networking far more targeted and effective.

It also fits neatly into your workflow without fuss. You can dip in, grab what you need, and move on. Overall, it’s a simple tool that saves time and makes your efforts feel a lot more focused.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

If I had to point out the downsides, the main one is that the data isn’t always spot on. You do occasionally run into outdated emails or contacts that no longer work at the company, which can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to move quickly.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RocketReach is really solving the problem of access. In a lot of roles, especially in sales, M&A, or business development, the challenge isn’t knowing which company to target, it’s actually getting through to the right person inside it. Without a tool like this, you end up wasting time on generic inboxes, outdated directories, or endless LinkedIn guesswork.

For me, the benefit is speed and precision. Instead of spending hours trying to track down a decision-maker, I can identify and reach the right person quite quickly. That makes outreach feel more intentional rather than scattergun, which tends to lead to better response rates.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

The UI and UX is much easier to manage and investigate compared to similar tools. We do not use the integrations but we know they exist and plan to do so. The performance is exceptional and we feel that the pricing and ROI is well worth it. Onboarding leaves something to be desired as we did not really have any. We have also not experience anything with the AI functions of the tool.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

The onboarding isn't the easiest. Additionally, we use Microsoft Dynamics so that integration with that system doesn't exist.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to find the best contact information for some of our prospective and current members. This has been difficult in the past. The ability to map a company and understand where each staff person sits is helpful.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I really like RocketReach because it directly links to LinkedIn, which allows me to verify the leads effectively. It's pretty easy to navigate too. Being able to link directly to someone's LinkedIn profile helps me verify the accuracy of the contact information. For what I need, this is quite beneficial.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I mainly use it to search for email addresses. The main issues that I have are that the contact may no longer be with the organization, which is why it's helpful to check the LinkedIn to confirm accuracy. Also, perhaps my team just doesn't know how to use it, but we have trouble exporting bulk lists of contacts. It's very manual.

I use RocketReach to find email addresses of hiring managers or recruiters to expand university partnerships.

I like the good search options for different industries and contact details. I appreciate that RocketReach allows me to generate lists of companies related to retail, groceries, and GCC based on geography and company revenues. The initial setup was smooth and perfect.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

A few of the contacts mentioned as having the right email ID are not working properly. Some of the contacts are not updated with their current roles. Phone numbers are added like anything, which can be checked. When downloading the contact list, the format given is not up to expectations because the contact details shown as primary, when I search individually, do not match with the list downloaded. It's kind of double work. Contact lists can be cross-checked if possible. The email ID status updated by the user is not updated again; I still see the old email ID, which will not help the user to know the right one.

I use RocketReach for generating leads, company details, and contact information. It offers good search options for different industries and evaluates contact details.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I've been using RockReach for 7+ years now.  Being a smaller production company it's been useful for gathering prospects in all departments, and bringing in new business with new clients in all sectors (corporate, advertising agencies, etc).  My favorite feature is the ability to use a company URL or a person's linked in profile to generate a search, as that validates the data.. I also like all the new features for exporting / organizing data, and filtering organizations.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I would like a category for corporate communications in the roles.  Sometimes the data is inaccurate, but mostly it is accurate.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us grow our contact list substantially (to thousands) over the years, and connect with viable prospects in all sectors.

I use RocketReach for extracting contact emails and sending mail using sequences. I like the contact social connect feature, like Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal information, as it allows me to connect rather than just sending mail or calling. The support team guided us properly and helped us set up everything.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

The sequence email sent count should increase. Currently, we can send 500 emails per day. Since we are running multiple sequences, the mail count is limited, and we have to wait for one sequence to complete before starting another one.

I’ve found RocketReach to be one of the most reliable tools for outreach, especially when accuracy really matters. Instead of spending hours guessing who the right person might be, RocketReach helps you quickly zero in on the actual decision-maker and gives you direct contact details that are usually spot on.
What I like most is how practical it feels in real work scenarios. Whether it’s conference follow-ups, targeted LinkedIn outreach, or building a clean prospect list, it saves a lot of manual effort and reduces the back-and-forth that comes with incorrect or generic contacts. The filters are intuitive, and it’s easy to narrow down by role, company, or geography.
Overall, RocketReach doesn’t feel like a “nice-to-have” tool it feels like a must-have if your work depends on meaningful, relevant outreach rather than mass emailing. It helps you be intentional, professional, and efficient in how you approach people.

I love how RocketReach saves me time, especially with its specific links and fantastic search filters. My favorite feature is the competitor filter, which allows me to input a domain like, for example, a competitor's and see all related matches in the product sphere and vertical. I also love the geographic location filter, which is really helpful. Honestly, using RocketReach kind of makes LinkedIn Sales Navigator redundant for me. The initial setup was super easy, taking less than ten minutes, and I was able to find useful contacts right away, which led to my first trial.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I have some issues with the consistency of getting high-quality email records that don't bounce back. Right now, I'm only getting about fifty percent success with that. It would be great if I could get higher quality emails. Also, there are times when every single email for a company bounces back, even if they all have a good rating. I might go through numerous pages and still not find a single verified email.

I use RocketReach to find email addresses and phone numbers for cold outreach, especially CXO-level targets, saving me time during prework. It also helps identify roles within companies, and with Claude Cowork, I can easily copy and paste info for outreach.

I like the ease of searchability and the ability to discover contact information through LinkedIn profiles. I appreciate the keyword and phrase search feature for finding contacts when a name is not known. RocketReach, while not as built out as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, allows me to discover new names and contacts that I was not already aware of. The initial setup was very easy and seamless.

I find the contact lists can be inaccurate or out of date. Also, I'd like more specifics at an employer level, like a cleaner way to filter or break down contacts at a specific business. The filter options could be improved with the ability to filter by various job titles and specific roles. The information is there, but it's not as user-friendly and intuitive as it could be.

I like that RocketReach is really simple, quick, and efficient for getting an email address when I'm looking up someone's LinkedIn profile. I also appreciate that it gives a score for multiple email addresses, whether work or personal, indicating how deliverable it thinks they are. Having the LinkedIn URL helps ensure I'm talking about the right person, especially when there could be multiple entries like 'Tom Jones.' The plugin is very easy to set up, and we found that nothing works as well as RocketReach for individual lookups from LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

A lot of times, it'll log out and logging back in takes a while. I would really like to update an email address directly in the plugin, whether it goes public or is just for me. The website setup isn't super easy; it looks a little more complicated.

It’s the best source I’ve found for email addresses when I need to contact executive teams at companies we want to reach. I also like that it clearly links employees to their company, so even if an individual email address is missing, I can usually figure it out by checking the company’s standard email format.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I often find it easier to locate someone’s contact details by typing their name + Rocketreach into Google and then clicking the Rocketreach result, rather than using the search box on the Rocketreach website. This approach feels faster and more accurate for me, and it also seems to handle typos better when I’m trying to find contact addresses.

As a business, we reach out to founders—often at small companies that don’t list individual contacts on their websites. Rocketreach really streamlines this process; what used to take about five minutes per email now probably takes closer to 30 seconds.

I like the streamlining and precision of searches in RocketReach, especially with the feature where I can paste a LinkedIn profile directly into the search bar to ensure the exact profile is pulled up. This leaves little room for error and reduces the time spent searching for the exact person I need contact information on. The initial setup was also very easy, which is a relief as I don't have any notes for improvement there.

I haven’t yet fully tested the plugin I added to Chrome, so perhaps a more detailed instruction on how to make the most of that feature is needed. All of it, I’m not entirely sure of how to use it. Also, during instances when no contact information at all is available for a lead, I would appreciate suggestions for next steps to take in finding it.

One of my favorite things about RocketReach is that we get to find every piece of information we need from every contact, and the whole platform is incredibly easy to use and super user-friendly. The initial setup was incredibly easy, super simple, and fast.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

Sometimes, we get a lot of different email options, which could be great if maybe we can't reach someone. There's always the option to have the primary email address, the work email address, and a personal email address. But I feel like when it comes to downloading that, when there are plenty of options it's all in one cell on the spreadsheet. So it'd be great if you could just filter out instead of having everything in one cell when downloading on a spreadsheet, everything was just one independent cell. It's easier for us when it comes to cleaning our lists.

I really like using RocketReach because it provides an extension that simplifies the process of obtaining contacts. I can gather a lot of contacts at once, which is really convenient when I'm looking for specific leads in a particular industry. Another great feature is the ability to upload files, like CSVs, which then helps search for contact information like phone numbers and emails that I don't already have. For instance, if their email address is available, it's there, but it also links to their LinkedIn profile, allowing me to approach people on that platform too. The RocketReach plugin is really helpful as it pops up with people's emails as I scroll past them on LinkedIn. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, just a few clicks and it was done.

Sometimes the email addresses provided by RocketReach simply don't work and it sometimes feels like RocketReach has just had a good guess, but without that much actual evidence that it is an actual email. For example, it would just do a john.smith@company.com and that may well not be the actual email address. So that's a bit tricky. And also sometimes actually the links to, like, LinkedIn or Facebook, they go to a page that is no longer there. Maybe RocketReach could check those links to make sure that the profile is still current. I'll click on the LinkedIn tab, and it'll take me to a LinkedIn profile that doesn't exist. But then if I type that person's name in, they are there. It's just not the same profile. So maybe RocketReach could refresh that.

Previously, we had to manually extract data from different applications, and the accuracy wasn't good. With RocketReach, we get direct dials and email addresses which are exactly what we need for building our lists and running our email marketing campaigns. The data accuracy positively impacts the success of our campaigns, resulting in fewer email bounces and more calls being picked up. It's been really good. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and straightforward, just requiring the installation of a Chrome plugin. **What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I like the accuracy of RocketReach. It's been managed well, and in my experience, that's what I needed it for. I also really appreciate the bulk uploading and downloading feature because it does the work at scale. The initial setup was very quick, which was nice.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

The platform isn't intuitive. I feel the UX/UI is a bit confusing to navigate around. I find it particularly difficult to find the previously identified contacts and sort them out because I have so many, and they're on multiple sheets, making it not as easy to navigate between them. Also, for email verification, I have tried RocketReach's beta version but preferred Hunter because it has been more reliable for me, offering better reports and email verification scale.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RocketReach to find verified emails and bulk download contact data. It saves me from copying and pasting one by one.

Its faster when I search people and companies. I can send mails and follow ups directly from RocketReach, without any other tool. I can export contacts with extra AI infor like who is decision maker and also a short profile summery. which is really good.

Some data is old and needs to be updated. For campaining purpose, I still have to depend on otherr tools and CRM. Waiting for fullfledge CRM from RocketReach.

Rocket Reach has been a real time-saver for me. Whenever I need to reach out to someone, it's super easy to find their contact info quickly. Plus, it's helped me expand my network by connecting with professionals and businesses effortlessly. The best part is how it integrates with Gmail and LinkedIn, making my outreach efforts seamless. Overall, it's been a valuable tool for me in making communication smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I like that RocketReach provides cell phone contact info and pretty detailed biographical info, all in one search. It helps me get in touch with the right people and saves me a lot of time. It's beneficial for speaking to the right people and allows for different marketing strategies, such as mass emails and contact by telephone.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I would think that the phone numbers or nothing's perfect. But I would think the information contact information, phone numbers, emails are accurate 75% of the time, which is great, but, obviously, we can always do better than 75%. So I would think, more precise contact info.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RocketReach to connect with decision-makers and streamline my marketing strategies through mass emails and phone calls. It provides detailed contact info and saves me time, consolidating what I previously searched on LinkedIn or Google.

I also like the 0 friction setup, allowing us to start scheduling sales within the first day, and the affordable plan options.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

I use RocketReach to find emails for potential prospects for magazine advertisement sales. It helps direct me to the correct company and employee profiles. I like that I can simply type in a company name and it gives me the company's address and profile along with the employee directory and any crucial contact information I need. It also pulls up companies that are similar to the company I am looking for. I have found several prospects I never would have seen had it not been for RocketReach. It saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

You can often find prospects by going to the company and then pulling up the employee directory. However, if you just type the name in the name section, the information doesn’t always come up. Not that big of a deal because you can just go to company and then employees. Try linking the employees to the personal directory more. So if you put in a name, you have a better chance of finding their company as well.

I use RocketReach to find prospect emails, saving time by directing me to the correct company and employee profiles.

I liked that RocketReach was pretty user intuitive. It was easy to understand how to use RocketReach so I could get up and going fairly quickly, as opposed to having a huge learner's curve. This was especially noticeable compared to other things I've tried like HubSpot, which had so many features that I didn't need and that confused me.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I felt like it was hard to edit campaigns that were already ongoing. I had an email interaction with an agent regarding another feature I wanted, but I do not remember what that was. I am sure you can look through my email correspondence.

I use RocketReach to contact business owners and send customized outreach emails. It saves time by allowing me to manage email campaigns in bulk and provides status updates on delivery and recipient engagement.

The initial setup was very easy as well.

I don't like that access to phone numbers requires additional cost. It would be better if phone number contact info was included with email addresses for the same fee.

I like that most of the time, the emails are accurate, and the varied and quick search really stands out. I also find it helpful that you can paste LinkedIn links to find people, which makes it quicker to identify specific contacts. Additionally, the initial setup of RocketReach was very easy.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

I don’t like that some of the emails are inaccurate- I then waste time sending people emails that just bounce back. I would rather if they are not verified emails that they just be removed from the site.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RocketReach helps me contact people I otherwise couldn't by finding accurate emails quickly. The search is varied and quick, and I can paste LinkedIn links to find specific people faster.

**What do you like best about RocketReach?**

Honestly nothing. Their month to month subscription model is very limited compared to their annual model and their data is very poor.

**What do you dislike about RocketReach?**

Their business model is very heavily favored towards the business vs the client/consumer. Their month to month model is extremely limited compared to their annual model. They don't offer a trial period or a 30 day refund or anything. Once you pay, you're locked in no matter what. Thankfully I only tried the monthly subscription vs the annual subscription as the annual is hundreds of dollars. 

Most importantly, their data was very poor. I was looking for prospects personal email addresses for email campaigns for my job. They said the most efficient method was using their extension via LinkedIn. I tried it for 10-15 prospects and I think I only got 1-2 personal email addresses from those efforts. Not worth $70/month. 

I signed up for Rocket Reach for two hours, decided it wasn't going to work for me, and asked for a refund. Their team stuck to their guns and didn't issue a refund. Mind you I had just started with Rocket Reach that day. I signed up a couple of hours before. I had only used a handful of my credits and they still wouldn't issue a refund. In this day and age where companies offer trial periods, 30 day refunds, and are reasonable with disgruntled clients....I would steer clear of Rocket Reach. Plenty of other tools out there that work better and have better support.

**What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They didn't solve any problems for me. The tool wasn't effective for my needs and they wouldn't issue a refund after a couple hours of use.
