"Easily, the best, in it's business - no two ways about it!"

What do you like best about RocketReach?

All aspects including it's brilliant and super-proactive customer-support team. The manner in which they support all kinds of queries will be a lesson for all customer-support teams of all organizations around the world! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Nothing at all ..but probably there could be more choice of plans. For instance, currently there is a plan whereby I get access to 50 emails/ month ..and there's directly a plan that offers 125/month ... there's nothing in between whereas I actually need a plan that gives me 75/month ..

So, just this one aspect ..but just to reiterate , otherwise, this platform is wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Horrible experience using RockReach"

What do you like best about RocketReach?

What do you dislike about RocketReach?

Misleading Information, Terrible Customer Service, Product added zero value. Waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RocketReach solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hopeful it would allow us to reach potential customers but it was an awful experience. It is very misleading advertising that you can send a certain number of emails per day but then limits the number of look ups up to significantly less amount. I ran out of look ups in 2 days of my monthly subscription and my emails either bounced or didn't get a response. I called to share my experience and see what I could do differently to better utilize the platform and the the customer service agent was terrible. She didn't offer any suggestions and ended up sending me a link to a refund policy stating I couldn't get a refund even though it was obvious I had received zero value from the subscription. They also don't have any reporting that shows how well your emails are performing which seems like table stakes. Overall a trully awful experience. I have started using Zoominfo and it's a much better experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
