I look forward to the migration to the new environment. I sometimes found the current UX design not very intuitive, but once you got used to it, it was easy enough to navigate. One technical issue I have had is that sometimes, I would like to edit attributes of an RFP that I've uploaded to RocketDocs, because I've noticed an error in my original upload, but so far, I have not been able to figure out how to do that. We love this system for content management. We have been using it for >5 years now, and the categorization and sorting systems are very intuitive and helpful. It is also very easy to add and edit new content. Additionally, we love the compliance approval feature. Being able to send it out through the database and have it reviewed and approved without having to pull everything out and email it to compliance makes our lives much more manageable. My only real qualm with the system is the search functionality. We have learned to manage it by putting quotations around a keyword we know is located in a specific response. However, if we were to type in a relatively vague search phrase, the system returns a large number of responses, many of them seemingly unrelated. The problem is that it searches for each keyword individually instead of finding responses that address all or some of the keywords together. This is an improvement that I would love to see made. My customer service representative (Betty) is always available to answer questions, jump on a call to work through issues with me and keeps me up to date on what is happening with new tools/migration efforts. In addition, RocketDocs is constantly providing updates on what is happening with the evolution of their system. They recently hosted the RocketCon (virtually this year) and it had some wonderful insight, not just about RocketDocs, but also to help individuals manage in their everyday work lives. In terms of organizing information, the software is an excellent tool. The user can use several different custom categories when uploading information in order to sort the data. RocketDocs allows users to customize how they wish to mark and tier the incoming information to enable users to search through tons of documents as straightforward as possible. For each uploaded record, there is the option to enter notes, details about the person uploading or reviewing the form, and the option to indicate the date when a document has become obsolete. RocketDocs does not include autosave in the cloud-based Excel and Word versions of the application. As a result, if you use RocketDocs on a regular basis, you will likely encounter the program closing unexpectedly once or twice. Therefore, you need to ensure that you save manually.
