Our organization has been using RocketDocs for several years and between their account management assistance and their improving technology, we've been extremely pleased with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I can think of right now. We really like the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the second of setup, the RocketDocs staff generates info and content sessions to ensure that you are able to start working quickly. The system is actually very easy to use and has a distinct screen. The accounting staff regularly checks my questions are actually answered as well as that I'm aware of probably the latest developments. The RocketDocs staff continually publishes brand new updates as well as webinars to help keep you informed about brand new content or perhaps product improvements. The RocketDocs plug in is constantly updated and is invaluable in processes in which my team needs an outside system. RocketDocs has simplified the work of mine, accelerated the review progression and then informed the staff of mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the opinion of mine, the Google Chrome plug in is somewhat cumbersome and must be enhanced to be able to simplify info on third party sites. Sometimes that take a bit more time for the plug in to clearly show the location of all issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site is easy to log in to and quick to load different screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Website interface isn't the best. Searching for terms is inconvenient. Downloading .docx for each entry can sometimes be slow. Not easy to maintain enough so that it's frequently updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I that way folks that are different are able to focus on the file. This makes production a lot more efficient. The prior creation process was a gloomy sawing as well as gluing of earlier accounts, and they led to a lot of mistakes. As a newbie to the business, I don't have a full knowledge of the item to find out exactly where its contents are actually. All is in a single place, so I don't have to learn the story of the offer of ours. RocketDocs will help us way too! Far more confidence in easy identification of outdated content. I am hoping that the brand new version is going to solve many problems. I do not like the fact that a number of crucial characteristics of Word have been disabled or perhaps unavailable in earlier versions, such as basic screen at the bottom part of the screen as well as word counting. Probably the most helpful component of RocketDocs is the potential to obtain keywords swiftly. In the consulting business we constantly make use of exactly the same content. Searching for a term and its material is much simpler than rewriting info again and again. Utilizing the method, you are able to quickly enter this info into the sentence of yours. You are able to also easily update info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I do not love about RocketDocs is the failure to find text in the document. For instance, if a sentence you downloaded you are aware has the info you are searching for, but isn't extracted or perhaps incorporated in a search, there's no search feature while you open the document. I like how multiple people can work on a document, but the whole thing sounds cohesive because we are drawing from a common source. It makes production much more streamlined. Previous production processes were the dreaded cut and paste from prior reports, which introduced a lot of errors. As someone new to the organization, I did not have the deep product knowledge needed to know where content resided. RocketDocs put everything in one place, so that I didn't have to know our proposal history. RocketDocs also helps us to have more confidence in the content, and easily identify outdated content.
Uploading legacy proposals and mining the content is a relatively painless process, which is nice. It's allowed us to leverage prior content more effectively.
Of course, the ability to enter codes for information like client name, state, etc., is wonderful. It virtually eliminates the possibility of having a previous client or product name sneak in accidentally. The codes are easy to set up and maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm hopeful that the new release will address many issues. I dislike how some crucial functions of Word were disabled or made unavailable in the previous versions, like simply seeing the page and word counts at the bottom of the screen. Also, the entire File menu was unavailable, so it was impossible to access advanced display and proofing options.
Sometimes when I am inserting content, I see something that needs to be changed. It would be nice to have the option to change and save the content right there, rather than open a different screen to edit and save the content. Again, this may be something addressed in the new version.
I would love to see a more robust help community or help resources. It would also be nice to have more flexibility to customize content attributes. Many of them we don't use and it would be great to repurpose those as a text box, or check box, without the program limiting what we can do.
The proposal assembly process is unclear. I think it would be helpful, but it could be more intuitive to use. Version control of content could be easier. Again, I'm hopeful that this will be addressed in the new version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
