What I like most is the ability to create a proposal document with very few items to be configured, so it contains all the necessary information and layout. Additionally, I really appreciate the ability to easily find answers with the search functionality. I'm also looking forward to the new index functionality, which promises to improve the experience by helping to find more contextual and appropriate answers rather than just keywords. I think the search functionality in Upland Qvidian could be improved with semantic search and a more contextualized approach to show more accurate responses at the top. It also seems like there's a bit of repetition in the search results, which could be streamlined to show only unique responses. The AI functionality could be better for auto-populating questionnaires with contextually relevant answers from the library instead of just a simple index search. Additionally, I find the process of uploading and updating data to be quite difficult and time-consuming, which involves a lot of manual work. I am impressed by the many areas of support especially from our Customer Success Manager, Sophie. She is always available to assist and answer questions as well as being very knowledgeable.

The other areas of support are the complimentary Q & A sessions which provide live hands-on support on any topic by an experienced Upland Qvidian training specialist. These sessions have proven invaluable as we are able to dig in deep and really hash out issues live to come to resolutions - very satisfying!

We can also submit tickets to the support team which is very helpful.

I've used all modes of support and they cover all my needs. Qvidian is a powerful and robust tool so having all these means of support offer us the means to learn and move forward efficiently and swiftly with confidence.

In addition to the support resources, I enjoy the functionality of the library and document type architecture - very logically and intuitively designed. Also, integration with Microsoft Office products including plug-ins makes it familiar and contributes further to its ease of use.

I really appreciate that this is a multifunctional tool, allowing us to create proposals, manage content, and take advantage of AI features. I use Upland Qvidian as our main content library and appreciate its ability to automate full technical builds. I enjoy the integration with Microsoft Office, allowing us to use library content directly in Word or Excel. I find the search and keyword listening functionality really good, and it's great to see they are continuing to improve it. It learns from our searches and keywords, which helps ensure accurate content is readily available when responding to questionnaires. The attention to detail from the product team, who are always bringing in new ideas, and the additional help provided by support teams really make this software stand out. I like that Upland Qvidian allows me to assign tasks directly to stakeholders across the bid team, making it easy to coordinate responses and manage feedback efficiently. It saves a huge amount of time as a bid manager because instead of passing documents back and forth to individual stakeholders, everything sits in one place in Qvidian. This feature removes the manual admin that normally slows a bid down. I also appreciate using Qvidian to access and reuse approved bid content, enabling our operational teams to produce high-quality, consistent responses for the end customer. It solves the challenge of starting from scratch by letting me search for similar RFP questions we've answered successfully before. I would like to see more AI capabilities in Upland Qvidian. Specifically, I think it could be improved by automatically suggesting high scoring past responses based on the question, instead of manually searching. It provides an easy to use, searchable database of curated content for use in responding to product proposals for the library automation marketplace. Qvidian helps us create professional proposals, and it’s intuitive enough to learn and reuse the responses our Sales and Bid teams use most often. It also has many useful functions that make day-to-day work much easier such as content management. Our dedicated customer service team is very knowledgeable and always there to assist us with any questions that come up. Content management is by far the most useful tool for us. The way content can be stored, reviewed, maintained and updated has made our library 200% more effective. The team are always on hand to support in innovative ways in which we can continually improve our utilisation of the tool and our bid team make use of the tool every day. The Qvidian portal is very reliable, with minimal downtime. I like that all of our RFP Q&As are accessible in one place, and adding the AI Assist feature has been a game-changer.
