Riskified can adapt to our specific usecases and customers to detect fraudulent transactions. UI and integration is simple but do the job for our fraud analysts. Riskified decreased our chargebacks and risks for years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We started to expand our business to Asia and unfortunately decision from Riskified seems a bit random from customers in APAC, maybe related to chinese or japanese characters and email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, Riskified has a great understanding of our business and clients. Often industry players understand low and mid Average Order Value fraud dynamics, but Riskified understand high AOV fraud dynamics. Over the past 3 years, I have been impressed by Riskified's commitment to deliver improvements that stemmed from our feedback and continuously improving the UI/UX. The ability of Riskified to adapt to our constantly changing business environment is key to our performance, and a integral part of our relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The opacity of decline categories. What distinguish high-risk from considerable risk ? Why do proportion of declines by categories varies so much when the order's properties do not change as much ?
I also appreciate an interface to create custom business rules; specific declined business rules to decline order for which the risk exposure is high for the merchant but low for Riskified, whitelisting rules for non-insured approvals, and business rules for insured declines where Riskified can insure the order, but the merchant can make a conscious decision based on their risk tolerance. What I like the best is that Riskified, always explains really well why is declining the transaction, Or if the customer is linked to fraudulent activity, existing customers, either by email address, phone, IP address or in Riskified network. Is that helps Riskified but also our internal compliance process. Also with the new modifications to the resubmit the transaction to be review one more time is now easier and faster because with the old form it used to freeze the screen and then we have to refresh the page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is not that I dislike, but we started a white-label service with a company that is called Cebuana, and the system was declining a lot of new transfers, for new customers so is a little hard to explian for these customers that is a security measure that our system needs to run. It now fixed but in the past with the old form to re-review the order again, it used to freeze the screen and then we have to refresh the browser or close the window and open it again.
