What do you like best about Riskified?

The best part is the ease of use and knowing we can put our faith in them to handle all our fraud issues and concerns. Being able to set them up and let them take care of it without us having to spend time every week concerned and dealing with fraud is crucial to the success we've had. What do you dislike about Riskified?

Not being able to whitelist customers whom we confirm are not fraud on our end, currently, we have to contact CS to get a customer whitelisted for approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're solving our risk management issues with our website which has been a very costly aspect of our direct business before launching with Riskified.
