How easy it is to get a response from someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new second look feature is not as good as I first thought as you have to replace the order for the patient separately again. Which leads to less of a chance of getting the sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Riskified?

It's almost always on automatic and we don't have to go to an external site to see if the order has been approved or not. If you're using Shopify, Riskified adds nots to the order so we know the status right away. It's almost 100% automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskified?

When we take phone orders, the app doesn't always recognize the difference between our location and the customer's location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Riskified?

What I liked the best is that it is very easy to use. The tool has a great overview of your transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskified?

The drawback from my side is that you cannot see the overview of all of your accounts at the same time. That makes it quite difficult to get the overall picture of your business in one graph. Besides, in order for the tool to work better, I would recommend to add some explanations of the terms used. For example, for me it took some time to understand the difference between cancelled and rejected orders. A litte questionmark vould be added, where it would be explained what kind of orders are marked as accepted, cancelled and rejected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
