We no longer have to worry if an order is going to be charged back or not. even payments that our payment service approves as low risk are caught by Riskified! Highly recommend them. There is nothing not to like about them. If you have a question about a declined order, they answer right back, and will work with you. Sometimes the support response takes a longer than we would like, but they do get back to you as quick as they can Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Riskified provides really great intelligent fraud protection services and has been reliable for the existence of our relationship. Their interface is easy to use as a method to provide fraud responses and submissions of chargebacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their algorithm is hard to change if exceptions need to be made so work around had to be created on our end. The interface is still immature as a young company and thus could be enhanced to be more professional looking. Additionally, they could provide black list and white list capabilities so that we can ensure certain customers are able to do what they need to do.
