What do you dislike about Riskified?

Their parameters are maybe too rigid because we've found quite a few orders that were declined were not fraudulent at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Riskified?

Most helpful thing about riskified is the fraud monitoring. With all the credit card fraud (especially internationally) having Riskified assist in flagging those free up our agents' time. Also any chargebacks/fraud that does end up by passing Riskified is covered by them! Our chargebacks are dropped significantly since implementing Riskified Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskified?

No real dislikes. Everything is working well with Riskified including implementing it into 3 different country webstores Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
