First of all the possibilty to see all the details of the transactions both denied and accepted.
Secondly, as a user that consult mainly the trend of denied and accepted, the layout of the graphs is very user friendly.

Riskified is practically set it and forget it. Before deciding I figured out how much time I was spending researching each order. Then I looked at how much money we were loosing by having to decline orders due to lazy information supplied being inaccurate. Its a no brainer.. Use riskified and don't worry! When first integrating Riskified, there was a short period of time where some suspicious transactions were slipping through the net and were not identified as spam. We were advised this was a warming up period while the system began to recognise suspicious and fraudulent signals and since then, Riskified has worked as expected. Non-fraudulent chargebacks would usually be classed as "high-risk" order but from the merchant's perspective, non-fraudulent chargeback and fraudulent chargeback both needs to be avoided as their damage level is pretty much the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
