Not having to manually review every order is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They report weird false positives and have completely missed some blatantly obvious ones. We had a PayPal order on Friday that was a $2k order going to an apartment complex that Riskified approved. We went back and forth, "should we cancel it? well, Riskified approved it". We sat on it overnight and the next morning we had a Chargeback from PayPal. Riskified would have paid it out, but I know that would then affect our approval rate. Used a competitor to Riskified in the past, had better approval rates (99.9% vs. 98.8%) but the cost was much higher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is very nice and easy to use for all of our agents. The account management team is quick to respond with any questions.

I like that when submitting additional information for review of a gift card order we get a response immediately, and when the additional information doesn't give us an approval the help tool reviews the order and there is a decision within a couple of hours. Having different accounts. It can be confusing to inadvertently be logged into one account when you wanted to have an overall view, but this is quite the small grievance and can be fixed by being more observant and knowing which account you are viewing. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest upside is the order filtering tool, which has greatly reduced the fraud chargebacks which we have received. We have an API integration with Braintree and Riskified is able to pick up most (usually missing a couple) of first time chargebacks instantly and reimburses accordingly. Riskified has problems with automatically picking up status changes of chargebacks, including when a chargeback is won and goes into pre-arbitration after being initially won. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
