Asking for refunds/guarantees is extremely easy. This is a big turn off with other similar services that make it more difficult to get a refund processed. This makes Riskified feel closer and since Riskified trusts us, we trust Riskified.
Instead of having a team of people going through every single transaction to detect whether it's suspicious or not, we know use Riskified to do that for us. That team is now dedicated to other work that provides more value for our customers. We absolutely trust the system and has worked wonderfully for the last three years.

I have worked in the E-commerce Fraud industry for the last 9 years, working with different fraud solutions. I can 100 % say that Riskified is the best one so far. The accuracy of the decisions is impeccable, the dashboards and the tool are very user-friendly. Their chargeback guarantee model is revolutionary. Attentiveness to concerns and they're responsiveness. Tech support always available and our account rep is never far to get in touch with. They might not or mention a specific tech support window but in fact really in our experience it has been 24/7. Product dashboard to monitor SLA and KPIs are easy to understand and use. At the moment there are no dislikes as they have been really open to concepts and adjusting the product to fit our needs. They willingness and openness to making things work for their client and how their client operates in their respective space. Riskified simplifies and accelerates our order processing flow. It allows us to accept incoming orders much more efficiently and with confidence. Prior to implementing Riskified into our toolset, we spent a lot of time checking and verifying client information, payment information and order contents so we could make an informed decision on the veracity of the information and decide whether or not to accept the order.
We have been using Riskified for several years now, and I feel they are truly unequalled in their space. I feel that at first Riskified was sometimes a bit too sensitive and would sometimes reject orders which should be covered, without providing sufficient reasons as to why. That being said, I've noticed that over time, and after sufficient analysis of the feedback we provide in each case, the system has dramatically improved each year and now we have a near perfect approval rate. I dislike not understanding why some orders with multiple "red flags" are accepted/approved by Riskified, and some orders that are declined will have full AVS match, no noticeable red flags, and the Riskified reason is ONLY something simple, like "email syntax."
