I hope that the RippleMatch candidate pool will continue to grow over the coming years. After a certain point in our recruiting season, the algorithm has struggled to source candidates even after algorithm revisions. I absolutely love the ability to match with candidates who have already expressed interest in a certain position. Sourcing these warm candidates directly has completely streamlined our process! I wish there was a way to view more of a candidate's application in the system without having to click. When working with such high volumes of candidates, it would be nice to be able to see their responses/location/interest for individual roles on the main screen where the skills and part of their resume is highlighted. I loved automated sourcing–since I was managing a team and also doing a fair amount of sourcing and interviewing myself, it cut down on the time I spend reviewing irrelevant resumes. Every week our contact there would give us a selection of qualified, diverse candidates who already had been contacted, and all I had to do was schedule their interviews.
