We have hosted multiple events through the platform and they make it extremely easy to set them up as well as source for them. We can easily pull data on RSVPs vs Attendance as well as see exactly where our RXVPs come grom with their specific source tracking links. The team at RM is always helpful for any questions that we have as well as keeping us updated on new features or how to optimize features we are not currently using. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** RippleMatch has a very high level of tech candidates and candidates from high-caliber schools. Even with the algorithm, sometimes candidates that do not fit get through to our jobs. It can also be pretty manual meaning recruiters have a hard time getting used to using the platform. **What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve any of our issues with planning and hosting events. We have been able to get a great influx of candidates from that for our early career and intern roles. ### 3. We share our needs and receive candidates who are warm leads - no need for cold outreach with Ripplematch. It's easy to use and is a great way to ensure diversity top of funnel in the University Recruiting process. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** We have some roles that are not open at all to students who require sponsorship for data access reasons. We aren't able to set parameters to not match with F-1 students even in these cases. After a certain point in our recruiting season, the algorithm has struggled to source candidates even after algorithm revisions. Every week our contact there would give us a selection of qualified, diverse candidates who already had been contacted, and all I had to do was schedule their interviews. **What do you dislike about RippleMatch?** The only downside was that we couldn't just use RippleMatch for all of our recruiting. They are still growing their user pools and will compete with other providers for candidate market share in coming years. It has also helped our brand awareness and granted us access to underrepresented groups. We had improved candidate conversion leveraging RippleMatch this season.
