It's a powerful tool and few areas that could be improved line one challenge is cost, another is analytics dashboard and managing multiple campaigns. I personally like that I can use a filter in LinkedIn Recruitment Marketing. I can use the doc title filter, the location filter, and the years of experience filter. This feature helps a lot. I also find it very easy to set up. We just need to pull out the filters and details that are mandatory for finding candidates, and that's all there is to it. It's very easy to use and is a very strong tool. The user-friendliness is great, making it very effective in helping me find the perfect and right candidate for the client.

Linkedin Recruitment that helps us to reach the right people for the job. It has many filters that allow us to find the perfect match based on our needs. We can market our jobs to attract candidates and also promote our candidates pool. It also lets us share our achievements and we can post our educational or professional knowledge with others.

The main disadvantage i face is that it takes too much time to connect with the right candidates. Also we can't view full contact details of the candidates, which makes it harder to reach out directly. This slows down the overall process and can be frustrating sometimes.

The service can be a bit expensive, but it is definitely worth the cost for its many advantages. I like that it is a network of professionals that allow to search for finding the best candidate for the best fits  role. 

I like the search feature of the LinkedIn because not only you can find the candidate related to the field but you can also get to know people similar to the candidate profile also look for search feature, this help to find and consider other candidate in the pool and eventually you can search and find the perfect candidate. With LinkedIn you can search for new opportunity with wide variety of option like location, area of search etc, this will help to narrow down your search for job and finding the right company.

I wish to have good automation API of the LinkedIn, i should able to integrate with my recruiting software  with integration of the plugin and the code so that i can connect my HR software with LinkedIn API directly. I wish to further improvement in their search engine algorithm that show and match people to the job.
