What do you like best about Ringostat?

We were most impressed with the call tracking and analytics feature, which helps us understand which sources bring in quality customers. Automated reports allowed us to quickly get data on the effectiveness of each advertising campaign. We also appreciated the user-friendly interface and easy access to reports provided by Ringostat. What do you like best about Ringostat?

I like that we can always rely on Ringostat. When our agency's clients need telephony or call tracking, the platform team connects them as quickly as possible. Sometimes even in one day. We are also quite satisfied with the terms of the affiliate program.

It's really cool that the data on call sources is accurate. Ringostat has also recently integrated with Google Analytics 4, and technical support helps to transfer call goals to this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ringostat?

Quality of communication. And also the fact that Ringostat has additional useful products. For example, we have installed a callback form on our site. We had underestimated this functionality before, but it turned out that people called through it quite often. We are also delighted with the extension for calling from the browser. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Most of all, I like the convenient dialer extension that allows you to quickly call a client number from CRM with one click. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Probably the coolest thing about Ringostat is technical support and the overall quality of service. My previous experience with the support team wasn't that great when I used another telephony and call tracking service. Therefore, I was surprised that the guys answer my messages and calls almost immediately. And the solution for calls from the browser was instantly appreciated by my colleagues from the sales department. And, of course, call tracking is on the high level. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

It took me a while to figure out my Ringostat account, as there are a lot of things there. However, I did not need all of them as a user, as everything is usually set up by technical support, if you ask them to do so. It seems to me that some sections could be hidden. What do you like best about Ringostat?

Our main task was to track sources of calls. We also needed to understand the cost recovery of each advertising campaign and the performance of keywords there. Ringostat call tracking and virtual PBX perfectly covered our needs. Moreover, after the trial period, we decided to connect a callback widget. What do you dislike about Ringostat?

Nothing to say here. Communication with the support and success team is great. They are doing their best to help us with the project settings and maintenance. That's why our experience is positive. Even though, we could say that some of the products might be difficult to understand for a beginner in marketing. However, Ringostat offers a knowledge base with the articles that teach you how to use all these features. Thus, the platform is suiteble for both beginners and professionals.
