**What do you like best about Rho?**

Rho allows us to manage our spend, pay vendors and autoamte the AP process. We have had such a great experience with our team at Rho and they are always willing to help us improve our processes or adapt their software to fit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

As the company is still fairly new, there are features that are on the their dock to implement that are not available right now. We look forward to when those features will be readily available for us to start using.

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bulk vendor payments and company spend management.

**What do you like best about Rho?**

Everything is in real time.  Client services is helpful and easy to access.  The platform is user friendly and admin friendly.  Reporting is simplified.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Reporting features should be saveable.  Fuel pumps!!!!!!  (Using the card at the fuel pumps is a headache)

Easy to use, it's all very clear. Makes it easy to submit receipts and follow up.
When there have been issues, it's easy to get in touch with Rho and they're helpful to resolve it.
Nicely designed card.
I like that they can submit receipts via email.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Entering receipts could be easier, it's not really a good workflow.

We didn't have a ton of visibility into the costs.

Not getting Rho sooner. It's a lot of reminders which can by annoying.

**What do you like best about Rho?**

The feature that I most enjoyed about Rho was that as soon as I had an expense, sharing the invoice with my Finance team was a breeze – only had to reply to the email with the invoice and my team would receive it. No need for anyone to chase me around for them.

Luckily I didn't experience anything negative.

It's a very easy solution to integrate between teams where communication doesn't become a problem anymore.

It's just very easy to use! I only ever use the web version (not my phone) and it's pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

The frequency of notifications/reminders. I'm sure there's probably a way for me to adjust this in my settings. Currently, I feel like I get way too many reminder notifications.

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems to keep things more organized from a receipt submission perspective. It makes it easier and less cumbersome to submit receipts for business purchases.

Immediate notifications on purchases and ease of reconciliation - drag & drop uploads for receipts as well as note entries make identifying a purchase quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

LOTS of notifications - too many without squelching some

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking & allocating expenses to specific jobs - as a contractor it's especially helpful to have each of our subs with a Rho card for minor purchases, both in keeping up with who spent what as well as what was it for.

Required to upload a receipt/invoice of purchase. If you lost it then you cant do anything with the line item.

Without a doubt the best part about Rho is that it files receipts automatically. As someone that travels a lot for work, keeping receipts until the end of the month is tedius and unreliable.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Sometimes the notifications get annoying, or the interface isn't as smooth to work with as I wish.

Rho solves the problem of keeping records of expenses for an entire month and spending hours doing paperwork at the end.

I love the immediate text notification and ease of uploading receipt to Rho for logging my expenses. I also like how easy it is to login and access my company issued card.

Its great. I can't think of any call out issues.

Using Rho for my work trip was quick and thoughtless. I checked into my hotel and purchased my meals with ease. The app is easy to use and leaves no confusion.

There isnt anything to dislike about Rho.

Using Rho helps avoid spending personal funds for work and having to go through the process of getting refunded. I love that I don't have to keep track of reciepts.

Their software is clean and easy to use and they don't charge fees for their services.

I can't get my outside bank account to link to Rho.

It has given us the ability to issue virtual cards to our vendors and easily manage our AP credit card payments.  It has also made it easier for our card holders to manage and approve expenses.

Easy and convenient to use my card, easy platform to manage expenses, and in my experience, the team is great!

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

I'm required to leave a note for my miscellaneous expenses, and wish I could do that via email as easily as I add my receipts (although it's possible that I can and just don't know how?)

We use Rho to manage our team's business expenses.

Ease of use and speed of setup have been key differentiators

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Lack of integration with our fund administrator which is a small hinderance as a VC fund

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched when SVB collapsed so made it easy to setup quickly and then issue cards etc in no time. Can view all of our accounts in one place which is great

I love that I can text a picture of my reciept to connect it with an expense. The app is also super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

With the text option, if you purchase two things back to back, Rho can't decipher which recipets go with which purchase.

Rho makes traveling for work so much easier and keeping track of any all expenses less of a hassle.

I like that I can track past expenses and everything is saved in one repository.

I can't think of any downsides to Rho - all customer service questions get answered right away.

Before Rho, we used to photocopy receipts and manually enter in purchase orders - now it is more automated.  I can track past spending so it helps me develop a budget.

The site to track is expenses is very user friendly and easy to navigate

I have several recurring charges that are billed to my card. the reminder emails to add receipts for those purchases are excessive.

This is the first I've had my own card from the company, so I can't compare it to anything else.

The customer service response team is phenomenal. Great support and communication from all aspects. 
The ability to create multiple business managed virtual cards with reporting for each is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Cannot really identify something to dislike. Truth is, we have not maximized all utilization from the features available online to manage the cards but will explore soon.

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense management and Budgeting spend limits on a monthly basis per card and the ability to have purchase history readily available at your fingertips for analysis and records. It's helping regulate costs and have a centralized location for spend control and data analysis.

**What do you like best about Rho?**

I adore the simplicity of Rho's UI. Being a smaller company, I was unable to receive official training, but that was 0 issue as the UI is so incredibly user friendly. I easily identified the steps necessary to complete my expense report, and this was so incredibly important as I frequently had to use Rho.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

Our credit line was reduced and we were not notified, unfortunately.

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlined the expense report process, which allowed me other times to focus on what truly matters.

Very convenient and easy.  Transactions appear immediately and receipts can be attached simultaneously.

Nothing to note at this point.  Only been using Rho for a couple weeks so far.

From a salesperson perspective it saves time and I'm not reconciling expense reports every week or month

Rho has very user friendly online features, you can easily see and track your spending and upload receipts. They also constantly remind you via text and email that there is an expense that receipts need to be uploaded to, so you will always be on track.

**What do you dislike about Rho?**

They send out text and email reminders a little too often, but all else is good.

**What problems is Rho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily tracking what we are spending, seeing our limit and reciepts all in one place.

The platform is super easy to use
I could access from a native app and a Mac with no problems
The communication with customer support and the team in general is pretty straightforward
It basically has all the things i need as a worker

They could have multilingual support for foreign workers and contractors.
I uploaded a receipt once but it was not processed so i had to upload it 2 more times

I like the notifications being prompt, alerting me to usage on my card and the ease of uploading receipts, notes, etc in one location to track my budget and expenses

No dislikes really. However, if a vendor is not loaded, the card is declined. That just means we need to make sure relevant vendors are loaded
