What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Revenue Grid has been awesome for me!

Being able to quickly link emails to deals is such a simple feature/process, but it makes a huge difference to my sanity.

I can now always see exactly where things are at with my clients, which makes life heaps easier to therefore help me provide a better experience for them.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Very simple and intuitive, there is no additional work or steps involved once set up.

Love the integration and visibility it provides, allowing my team to stay synchronised with our customers.

Updated Sep 2024 - the integrations work so well, and has become an integral part of our workflow. Contacts, events, and emails are all synchronized perfectly and we have come to rely on this functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Can be a little tricky to set up for new staff who are not very IT literate, but once installed it makes their life so much easier! Would be nice to have fewer steps to install & link Revenue Grid.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

With revenue grid you have the possibility to auto-log emails, events to salesforce, no need to bcc, use a sidebar app, etc. This just makes life easy. In case I want to log something to an opportunity, I can use the outlook sidebar which provides an easy selection. The outlook side bar provides more possibilities then the native salesforce sidebar. With the side bar it is also easy to add new contacts to your accounts, who are in cc of an e-mail, or change the status of leads / opportunities right from the side bar. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Getting to the prewritten scripts, and using them is not so inuitive as other parts of the product. You can get it done, but you need to make sure your setup is perfect otherwise here you will be using more thime then necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

The best part about Revenue Grid is that it helps save time by integrating with Sales Force, allowing you to add contacts, events, and accounts directly from Outlook. Once it is set up, it is very easy to use. You will not want to work without it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

I’ve been using Revenue Grid for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for our sales team. One of the best features is the seamless integration with Salesforce, which allows us to work in a familiar CRM environment while taking advantage of advanced analytics and automation. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

While Revenue Grid has many useful features, I did encounter issues in some areas. One of the main issues is that some features can be difficult to use at times and can be overwhelming for non-tech-savvy users. UPDATE 9/26/24 - The issues that we used to have on a somewhat regular basis appear to have been resolved. No update related issues since my original review.

While it hasn't happened in the last few months, we have seen issues after their monthly patches. No significant issues, authentication and some lag more than anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

I love using Revenue grid to book activities to opportunities in Saleforce and add new contacts seemlessly. ensure certain attachments are in SF. and attached to the correct opps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Mostly, only the scheduling / sending link, its static and populates a pretty rough autogenerated meeting invite so the formating isnt as pretty as I would liek but i usually just correct after a cusotmer books time with moreinfo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Having quick access to SF data (client, details, opps, account) helps me get work done faster. I can also CUSTOMIZE what i see in the RG sidebar making sure i have relevant info everytime i open an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the sidebar takes a few moments to load up - it's never longer than 10 seconds but i do like to work quickly so it can be frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
