The importing of detailed historical information from a different platform has been a challenge.

Elimination of third party scheduling and inventory platforms.  Elimination of double entry which has saved accounting time.

The way inventory is set up and executed makes getting accurate COGs and reporting a breeze. I love the auto generated reports as I don't have to remember to pull them at any specific time

Having all the reports right there to help dig into costs! We've used R365 for a while now and have gotten pretty good at running g it all down to the cent.

Some reports can be a little confusing until you get the hang of it.

Keeping food cost in line. Which means money saved.

Love all the functionality R365 provides to our restaurant clients. Also specializing in the restaurant industry is very smart.

We saw a demo of AP automation a few months ago. I don't think it has rolled out yet to clients.

It has really helped with inventory. The ability to run reports for multiple locations. The AP capture team is great. I've used other programs but this has been the most accurate one I've used. They help you to be able to tie everything together. From purchasing the products, creating a recipe and attaching to your POS button to help deplete your inventory. To counting and telling you where are the areas you can improve. I love how helpful R365 TEAM is as well. They want you to succeed. They have made is much easier to do everything in 1 system vs having 3 different systems.

The reporting on R36 makes my life 10x easier. I can easily access endless reports that give me an incredibly detailed view of my restaurants that i wouldnt be able to receive elsewhere.

The only downsides of R365 are the implementation process as it was quite time consuming to get all of my stores set up on the software as well as the pretty penny this software costs, however, the expensive cost has proved its value thus far.

Restaurant365 is the central hub for information that our restaurants utilize to increase efficiency and value in our operation. Restaurant365 allowed my location to get rid of the pen and paper inventory tracking and introduced variance reports to better understand where we were losing product and also where we could cut back on labor to increase our margins.

**What do you dislike about Restaurant365?**

There are some nitpicky things one of which is the packing slip for commissary order packing slips that does not allow my company to alter the slip to fit our needs. We deal with seafood and product fulfilled and pricing is constantly changing. The packing slip has a set grouping of criterion which states the quantity ordered and quantity fulfilled as a set finite value and does not let me change the quantity fulfilled which is not always the same as quantity ordered.

The main problems it's solving is tracking product and product variance.

That the system is very easy to navigate through each of our companys and import reports quickly.

**What do you dislike about Restaurant365?**

When there is one issue wrong and a ticket needed to be done, it delays all the other reports and administratives from being able to go in and continue with their role in R365.

Everything is available in one sytstem and easy to pull reports.

**What do you like best about Restaurant365?**

This is my second company that uses restaurant 365.  I am now a corporate trainer for this platform at Lessing's Hospitality Inc. R365 is easily teachable and extremely user friendly. Our accounting and operations trainers have been patient and comfortable to work with. Jesse Brown & David Mortensen take the time to explain the platform and always welcome questions. They are always available outside our zoom forum. The implementation process was informal and familiar. Great experience.

**What do you dislike about Restaurant365?**

The biggest down fall is that you are not able to delete items out of the database.

**What problems is Restaurant365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving many issues with scheduling and accuracy with inventory
