We really appreciate the regular updates and new features. It's clear they listen to customer feedback and keep improving, which makes us feel confident in our long-term investment.

The print customer loyalty program and Pos Voucher options are very useful for us on daily basis to repo building toward customer.

What I appreciate most about Restroworks Restaurant POS is its straightforward design, reliability, and robust features that cater effectively to large restaurants. The application is user-friendly for staff at all levels, yet it still provides advanced tools such as real-time sales tracking via the Cockpit, comprehensive menu management, and detailed taxation and sales reports.

Managing billing operations is smooth, even during peak hours, thanks to features like the ability to add or remove service charges with manager approval and seamless aggregator integrations that include auto-accept and automatic settlement once the rider picks up the order. These capabilities help ensure operations remain efficient and hassle-free.

Above all, the support team stands out—especially Anil, whose calm demeanor, clear communication, and deep knowledge consistently make support interactions excellent.
