Once you truly decide to adopt the software, and adjust your practices accordingly, the software will meet or exceed the expectations set forth. Their Customer Support is on top of their game. Their training after the original timeline isn't good, and the Academy videos are outdated and generally not helpful. Keeping those updated, and having consistent opportunities for more advanced training would help tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
