What do you like best about Restaurant365?

The biggest upside for 365 is scheduling for team members/inventory on the operations side.

On the accounting side automatic dtf entries, and separation of locations are the most beneficial aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restaurant365?

Restaurant 365 was very user friendly. Their web based platform was easy to use. The Academy classes also were very helpful in teaching everyone how to process certain tasks in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

The communication between our POS system (Square for restaurants) and Restaurant 365 did not communicate down to the level of detail that we needed to be able to properly use the inventory module in R365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When our company was going through the implementation process with R365, we came across many of our inventoried items that both restaurants were using, but were getting different pricing on. My favorite part about R365 is how every report is in a tabular format and can be exported to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it strictly for financial reporting, the benefits we have realized are being able to have a pulse on the financial side of our business.
