I like that operations and accounting functions are all consolidated into one place and that I don't have to log into several different systems to look into an issue. I also love that this software gives our restaurant managers direct access to their monthly P&L statements in real time so they don't have to wait for the finance team to prepare them. The most helpful feature of Restaurant 365 is that I can see all sales information and financial statements all at one time with one login. I don't have to keep switching back and forth the see the information that I need. Also, the support through Restaurant 365 is really responsive and I am usually contacted back within a day or two.
