What do you like best about Restaurant365?

Inventory costing and tracking is very well put together, and the overall feel of the software is very intuitive. I researched several difference software platforms, and R365 was by far the best option I saw out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I don't really have any complaints. Every software package has its differences that you have to work around, but nothing stands out as being a true dislike for this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restaurant365?

We like that it's cloud based and doesn't request significant technology support to use. We also think the UI is exceptional for both data (admin) employees and operators. Easy to navigate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

The security is not even close to flexible enough for our needs.

While the many built-in reporting options are great, we would love more development and flexibility (and consistency) in the CFR module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up and implementation with POS system is very important to fully use all the features of Rest365. Take the time to really understand the functionality. Lean on the Rest365 staff to explore all the options of how you want to look at your business. They are great people and will continue to support the innovation of your business. What do you like best about Restaurant365?

With multiple locations it makes a lot of tasks a lot easier ie transfers, intercompany transactions. It also automatizes a lot of tasks that freed up time and energy for our finance team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since it is cloud based and relatively new there are sometimes technical glitches / issues that can take a while to get resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
