What do you like best about Restaurant365?

Everything at you fingertips, an absolutely amazing software. My 1st accounting jobs was in 1981 and I seen alot of changes on software for the better, but R365 takes it to another level for both operations and accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT is solving the problem that we have with needing a GL, Inventory system in order to best fit our needs. I would say that we would probably be more productive in another software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the comprehensiveness of r365 and the fact that it is made for restaurants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to find anything i dislike about r365 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restaurant365?

I like that we can track invoicing, inventory and scheduling. That is what we use it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restaurant365?

The inventory section seems to be different depending on what report you run, so that can be frustrating. For Example, If you run P&L vs. P&L Custom Date, you can put the same exact dates in, but the numbers differ. Also, I have had intermittent but constant issues with sales polling in one of my restaurants. This also throws off schedule forecasting and Food Cost management. Love the ease of use, amazing support system and customization options for everything within the system. Also love the fact that R365 is constantly exploring and testing new solutions and options for their system.. Haven't really came across many downsides for us. Seemingly most of the issues or dislikes we had in the past have been addressed through updates, add ons or fast customer support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
