What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend a ton fo time searching old RFP responses for answers that were previously written but it was always so difficult because they all blend together and I can never remember which RFP had the answer I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The AI features are robust and provide a variety of options not available in other products. We have also been impressed with the different options for importing response documents and exporting finalized responses into various formats. We also like the features available for collaborating on proposals, particularly the ability to send items to guests. The duplicate management features are also more robust than Loopio, our previous software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Sometimes the recommendations for a question in a project doesn't find the Q&A pairs that I expect it to but then the AI feature does find them. I also wish that it was possible to create sections that consisted of various Q&A pairs so that the section would get updates when the Q&A pairs are updated so it was easy to automatically place a group of Q&A pairs in a response. Overall, though I am very happy with responsive and would make the same choice of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The system is intuitive and easy to use. This has allowed us to only need to provide minimal training to the stakeholders in our organisation and quickly roll this out for use. The tool has allowed us to implement a 'self-service' culture for smaller asks or when the team are at capacity, allowing other business areas to find and complete asks without our involvement. The customer support from Responsive is really good, they are always quick to reply and do their best to assist with any queries we have. The tool is used within our organisation on a daily basis, both by our immediate team and various other business areas. Other business areas were thrilled to be able to adopt using Responsive too. The integration of the tool into our day to day working is seamless, and the ability to extract directly back into customer templates is especially helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Some areas of the system can be more difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The solution is allowing us to hold a single bank of correct and up to date responses, available to all stakeholders within our organisation. This benefits us as our teams now refer to the system as a first point of call, where previously they would reach out to a colleague for support straight away. Many colleagues have expressed how they are impressed with how easy to use Responsive is, and how it saves them time. This benefits me as I recieve less requests for assistance, for queries where the information is already available in Responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
