It is a little tricky to import questions in tables that have several columns - that part is not as intuitive as the rest of the import process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before we started using Responsive, our content library was not as organized and updated as it is by utilizing the tools within Responsive. Also, the review process is much more streamlined by using Responsive. By collaborating in the tool, we have current, accurate answers and information going out in our proposals. We used to operate in a copy/paste environment with difficulty updating content and very little than what SharePoint could offer in a document library. Now we can upload templates, use AI to help us find and generate the right answers, schedule content reviews and update our library with the click of a button. What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We initially procured Responsive several years ago after a thorough review process of it and a competitor. Not only did the tool outshine the competitor, but the sales person/process did as well. We were looking for a tool that would help us find content for reuse quickly and efficiently. The option to use Responsive as a content library AND project management tool makes it flexible and efficient for many different uses. The user interface is clear, easy to use and understand. The tool is robust - I feel like we have barely tapped the surface of what it can do. And I like that it's priced in a way that allows it to scale for your situation. We don't have a lot of concurrent projects, so we've been able to tailor our licensing to allow for more options and fewer projects. And since users are unlimited, it will make it easier to get adoption and scale use. I am looking forward to pushing adoption more this year for more of the company.

The help center and academy is top notch - there is so much content to learn from. In addition, their webinars and product releases are super helpful.

When we onboarded, they were thorough in their support and made implementation a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The only thing I've struggled with is knowing what features are paid add-ons and which are included. Sometimes you have to request your account person enable features that are unpaid - but they are quick to respond and always include articles and guides on how to use them. I have also recently found documentation that outlines this, so I refer to it at times. It just would be nice on the help pages that are for additional (paid) features, it was prominently noted. Otherwise, I have no issues - it's a wonderful tool and the people I've worked with have been wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes it quick and easy to find commonly asked questions. It's a huge time saver for a small team that supports a large organization. We are actively working to expand it's use/adoption across the company for additional use cases, such as Company Overview and ESG questions that come in even without a formal RFP.

Pricing is competitive and flexible, you have a lot of options for a budget - the VALUE is incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We leverage RFPIO for responses to all RFP and security and third party related due diligence. It provides us the necessary workflow to manage proposal respones, as well as the tools need to manage the content in the library. We have been able to scale our program over the past 3 years nearly 5x leveraging the platform. Customer success team has always been very responsive, and it's been a highly stable platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Very few to mention. Reporting on the Answer Library at times hasn't always algined to our workflow, but not a material show stopper. The largest challenges we have relate to ongoing maintenance of our answer library, keeping things fresh and current, and getting a regular review of content by the relevant subject matter experts. These are operational problems, not related to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We often get lengthy RFPs and due dilligence questionnaires that can be 750 questions or more. Leveraging the answer library we have curated in Responsive, it allows us to respond to those much faster and without reliance on Subject Matter Experts for questions that we frequently get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
