Initially, building the content library took a lot of time, but once we had a strong foundation, it completely transformed how we handled RFXs. For proposal managers at Arise, it made life so much easier—being able to quickly search for responses is a game-changer. Also, Customer Support is 10 out of 10! What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Responsive is an excellent solution to store and look up previous responses for RFP Q&A. The Projects setting allows multiple stakeholders to collaborate on specific projects seamless while access suggested responses from previous RFPs, and the AI Assist feature allows my very lean team to create responses from questions that do not already have a response based on previous Q&A pairs we have. These features allow for great efficiency - team members aren't recreating the wheel for each response, and AI Assist works as a wonderful base for members to then personalize the response. The customer support is a wonderful help - I have a regular meeting cadence with my CSM to discuss any obstacles I encounter and learn new features about the system. And the monthly Coffee Chats are so helpful! We use Responsive with every RFP project to keep this on track and running as smoothly as we can in RFPland. The new UI is a little tricky to get used to. Overall value to our team is undeniable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I wish we would have received communication regarding the new UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storage - we used to use SharePoint to house all of our responses but it was too time consuming to look for content.

I am able to set up Responsive for the way it makes the most sense for our team to house Q&A pairs to look-up and reuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to easily access content at the level of detail needed to respond to RFPs. I also love how Responsive personnel hear users input and react quickly to improve the platform. Managing our content is much easier with the review cycle built in. It gives our SMEs a chance to verify content when it is convenient for them, instead of on the fly days before a due date. I don't have any downsides. Generally, the tool does more than I need and I can gnerally find a way fro it to cover new use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
