What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I love the collaborative functionality of Responsive the best. It is always a struggle trying to get multiple employees from different areas of expertise together to provide answers to an RFP or RFI. Responsive facilitates this for us with ease. As well, my team loves the functionality of the tool and being able to create and organize our own documents library, answer library and hierarchial tag structures. This really is a time saving features when digging thru all that content for just the perfect response.

And we cannot forget our great sucess manager, Jodi Dandridge for all of his insights, positivity and willingness to disect a problem with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The only downside that we have experienced is that sometime it can be hard to go back and institute a change in perhaps a tag struvture or a answer library, etc, . For example if all of a sudden a tag is no longer used and we wanted to reclassify it, its not always an easy as to reclassify the older historical material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to have a central library of past submission for us to search and use in answering future RFxx's. As well as it allows multiple people to work on a project at the same time and producing a single version of that document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We're still figuring out how to not duplicate work when it comes to proposals that have to be completed within portals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handling volume efficiently and consistently with compelling and accurate content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Up until I got trained and introduced to RFPIO I did not even believe there could be a tool so useful to help so much with what is so important - getting our deal questionnaires filled and out. I love the fact that collaboration happens so easily and you can work with literally anyone in the company without being concerned all the time about the time they would have to spend.

I love to do some Autoresponding because it is so easy and satisfying. These two are definitely my most favorite features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

There really isn't anything that I dislike, but I would love for some more reporting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most importantly as it is storing old answers it is covering around 80% of the info requests we receive with Security Questionnaires.

With the scheduled reviews and last reviewer options, we are making sure that everything now passes through Security and Legal before going out.

A huge issue for me has always been trying to make people do some work that I cannot, which with the tool is very easy, because they now spend less time and everything is very convenient for everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We've been using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for over three years and have consistently been impressed by their team and the Responsive platform.

Responsive Team

Highly professional and knowledgeable - the Responsive team consistently demonstrates expertise and a deep understanding of our needs. They are true partners in the process, working collaboratively to find the best solutions for our specific requirements. Kudos to the Account Management, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Technical Support teams for their end-to-end support and partnership.

Seamless Migration

Our migration to the new platform was exceptionally smooth. The Responsive team meticulously planned and coordinated the process, ensuring minimal disruption to our workflow. We always felt supported and informed throughout the transition.

Responsive Platform

Intuitive and User-Friendly: The platform is remarkably easy to use, even for non-technical users. It streamlines the security assessment process, allowing us to easily follow standard workflows or build custom templates to suit our specific needs.

Highly Customizable

The platform's flexibility allows us to tailor it to our specific requirements and preferences. This level of customization ensures we can efficiently manage and conduct security assessments.

Beautiful Design:

The user interface is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, making the platform a joy to use. The recent redesign is refreshingly modern and easy to work with.

Responsive Support:

We've consistently received prompt and helpful support from our account manager, customer success manager, and the techinal suppor team. Their proactive approach and willingness to assist have been invaluable to our success.

Promising Features:

We're intrigued by the potential of the AI feature in Projects and look forward to exploring its capabilities. Responsive's track record of innovation gives us confidence that it will be a valuable addition to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

One minor suggestion for future improvements would be the ability to set a default instance. Currently, when multiple instances are available, users need to manually select the desired instance each time. Implementing a default instance option would save time and improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive has been instrumental in streamlining our process for responding to client security risk assessments. By leveraging its curated knowledge base, we can now quickly and easily access consistent and accurate answers, saving us significant time and effort. This is a major improvement over our previous approach, which involved seeking out SMEs from different departments within the company. This often resulted in delays due to competing priorities and made it difficult to get timely and consistent responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to upload documents like policues and procedures and the AI tool uses that information to provide contextual responses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The inability to apply the AI tool to all of the answers with a single click. I currently eed to to open each question and apply the AI tool individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a software product that is highly configurable with many different elements. Responsive allows users to respond to RFPs without a deep knowledge of the product and still provide good answers. What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Responsive makes it easy share knowledge across different organizations. Sales teams can leverage this resource to complete RFx documents, respond to customer questions in real-time, or learn about new product features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Responsive outputs are only as good as the inputs. This resource works best when new content is uploaded often and existing content is reviewed regularly. Otherwise, the content library can become outdated and lead to a poor customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

RFx proposals and information security questionnaires often have the same questions. Responsive can auto-respond 60%+ of the questions and open up time to focus on net-new responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Since the founders are from a proposal/RFP management background, they have covered essential features like content management, proposal/questionnaire management through projects and expanding into bringing in GenAI capabilities within the platform.

Overall a handy tool if implemented correctly. Once the content repository and the review cycles by SMEs are set, you will have no problem maintaining an up-to-date database of responses. Quite easy to use and will be able to adopt within a few times working with the tool.

Good technical support and post-sales interaction to help us with the best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Content library and the projects module still uses keyword based search while the industry has evolved into natural language processing to share the closest match.

Pretty unique pricing model and will have to consult within the organization to get the right package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The solution simplifies the maintenance of the content repository and helps identify responses for queries within incoming questions through keyword match capability. Will be a gamechanger for organizations setting up the proposal management function within the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
