What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

As a project manager, you have a perfect overview of all the to-do items and the status of the work with the Dashboard. You can assign all questions of the tender to the team members, and they can work on the points assigned to at the same time. Follow-up inquiries, approvals and bidder questions are presented very clearly, right next to the respective question. The greatest strength of the tool is the content library, which provides a constantly updated data basis from previous RFPs for the AI-driven formulation of responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Although user-friendliness has been improved, some features are still not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past we used excel files and manual copy and paste workarounds. This meant that the project team was always working at the same time, which was always fraught with problems. Formulations from previous tenders were stored decentrally in individual departments on employees' laptops. Responsive enables all questions to be processed in parallel by the entire team and offers access to a central content library with always up-to-date content. What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I'm still learning things in this great tool, but I' love that it's packed full of helpful things to continue learning! It's very intuitive and, as a daily user of this product, it makes my life much easier. It's user friendly and our customer support is always top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I don't really know what I don't know about this product. There are some wants and wishes that I have for it, but perhaps it's possible and I just don't know it yet. And truly there are probably some limitations that are put on it by my company and not really by Responsive. I would love for their to be a personal setting in it that let me customize some of the responses for my own use - and wouldn't change them for my company as a whole. And I wish there was the capability to insert team member bios and headshots when we respond to an RFP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cataloging our responses and being intuitive enough to know where to place them is a huge benefit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Well, it is not a Responsieve thing. But, like all software, when the buttons change and move it takes a little bit of time to figure things out. Minor and just part of advancements and speaks to the Responsive approach of never standing still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive helps to bring together the many subject matter experts across our global organization in support of our proposal team to craft effective responses to client proposal requirements. Cannot understate the workflow and ease of adapting to Responsive work environment, which new employees are able to quickly learn how to utilize. And this cuts across all employee generational aspects. I say this as a 60+ year old contributor, and find Responsive to be one of the best tools for knowledge management with a purpose, I have ever utilized in my career. What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Responsive is a great tool that provides users automated responses to the most basic of RFP inquiries. Advanced inquiries requiring human intervention provide a means of assignment, triage and automated response support. It was very easy to implement and onboard those with a need. It integrates well into our RFP and sales assurance workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

At this time, AI is still in its infancy. We hope to see improvements on the language used and binding the AI driven responses to a time based datastore of accurate responses and library so that it is not bending the truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Response is a key component of our RFP and Sales Assurance response process providing a first line assault on these questionnaires and RFP's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
