Simple to use, low learning curve and quick to get setup. Effortless to reschedule projects and see where project items are in your daily, weekly etc schedule. Projects often take longer or you need to break off onto something else, so the ability to split an existing schedule item so that you can move x hours to the next day or week is brilliant. Dashboard gives you a great overview of what's needed that day and coming up in the future. Managing your workload makes your day busy enough adding to this scheduling and project management can make this even more time-consuming, but Resource Guru makes time and project management simple and effortless. It would be great to colour-code clients/projects by brand colour rather than the limited colour options currently available. To be able to mark items as done would be fantastic and have a visible list of items done/complete, you spend time adding all the actionalble projects but your then left a little lost as to what has actually been done. Yes you can move items forward to complete in the future but what about past items that you've done, when reporting to my manager I would like to be able to easily say x and x done from some kind of report in Resource Guru. Easy to navigate, filter, and the reporting is good. Being able to export to excel and do your analysis nice. Linking between outlook and RG is a good feature as well. Fun colors. Easy to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its more of a functional high level calander. Having more project management features within the tool would be nice. LIke tracking actual to budget time or project status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility, user interface and user experience must ahve been top priorities with the development of the SW and it shows.

Very intuitive and easy to use. All users were fluent after a 15 min training and rpesentation of the features. Did not have opportunity to test the more advanced features (reports etc) but if they are anything like the rest of the package I have no doubt they will be also be g4reat and easy to use.

As each day looks different for me, I like that I can have all of this infomration in one place. It is great that my company also has access to this and can monitor whether we are fulfilling our contracts easily. I can also see where my colleagues are and whether they have take sick leave etc. Resource Guru is self-explanatory and very easy to use. I have not had to make use of customer support.
