How you can efficiently see in one glance the state of what's on your resource's plates and easily drag / drop and move about items. I use it hourly let alone daily, it has helped with both immediate detailed short term planning and long-term pipeline planning to see where the gaps are.

The way you can filter in so many different ways. We have a team of ~90 and I can quickly filter down to my exact team for an precise project in a few clicks.
