What do you like best about Resource Guru?

I think it's just so clearly laid out and the visual nature of it makes so much sense for my brain to have a chronological timeline I can just reference and know what's happening when. The ability to color code activities and projects is incredibly helpful also and makes it easy to tell at a glance what I've been assigned to. I use it almost daily, and even when my friends ask me when we can meet next I tend to open up RG because it's so much simpler to understand and use than other calendar software I have on my phone! What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

Sometimes when there's lots of people in your company it can be a bit tricky scrolling up and down to compare your timeline to someone elses, but not really a major problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Resource Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves things like knowing which of my colleagues are busy and when, and what they are working on, and it solves the need of knowing when I am next free and can be booked for projects at work. Easy to populate diary, add new staff & allocate skills etc.

What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

It would really be useful to us if we were able to specify authorised tasks for individuals, so that tasks can not be allocted to un-appropriate staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick & easy to alocate work to staff and ensure that projects are resoursed.
