The clean and concise layout allows you to really get an overview of the pipeline of work that you have coming up. It allows my team to identify possible areas where we may have conflict or clashes - or opportunities for team members with free blocks to partake in personal development which can be held accountable at all times.
The team filters are great for our 40 person team - it allows quick filtering to the required disciplines which are constantly updated. Allowing you to reach the people you need straight away.
I also find it a joy to use with the easy scrolling across and drag and drop feature - which makes moving and replacing time a breeze - the clear waiting list and overtime feature really brings the team members visibility on their upcoming weeks and flag and identify concerns early. I understand why Resource Guru has stuck to being the best at planning and the idea 'do what you do well and that should be enough'. But there is always a question of I wish it could do another core function of most agencies - most notably from our perspective time tracking, being able to marry up what has been resourced against tracked without using another 3rd party would make our use of multiple systems even cleaner. Resource Guru did a great job with efficient quick to do repeatable items. Ease of overall use and onboarding at a very busy agency took no time. Vacation alerts when booking or deleting tasks was very useful. Colour coding by booker, project or client was also very handy.
