It is visually engaging for the team and allows an easy way to manage both individual and team-based schedules for all of our creative resources.

Not really a dislike, but i would ideally like to connect my data to services such as PowerBI, but this capability needs more technical knowledge than I can bring to the table.

I don't dislike anything in particular; everything is really clear. It could be awesome if there was a way to book people automatically after talking to them because a lot of people forget to book the resources in Guru. But I don't think that could be possible... It's very easy to use, it has color coding and it is accessible via browser. You can add bookings by duration or at specific times. It allows you to add recurring bookings and it has very useful filters to view resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
