Alternatively we also have a Zapier integration which lets you connect Resource Guru with >5,000 other tools without the need for any programming capabilities. I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with some of the daily schedule emails; when you say they have not arrived correctly, do you mean there's been some kind of formatting error with the email itself, or that some of the emails just haven't reached you? I'm really keen to dig into this so that any problems can be addressed, so I'd be grateful if you could send us a few more details via happytohelp@resourceguruapp.com so we can help you with it.

In regards to your personal dashboard, we currently offer a daily and a weekly view of your own bookings but I'm pleased to say that we have plans to redesign the Dashboard, so we'll take this feedback into consideration when we come to this :) Can I suggest that you sign up for our newsletter in the footer of our homepage if you haven't already - http://resourceguruapp.com. Thanks for sharing your review of Resource Guru :) I wanted to let you know that we do have firm plans to support deadlines in future, but in the meantime if you need to leave a note about a deadline (or anything else), this can be done in the Details section of a project or booking.

When it comes to notifications about new bookings; as well as sending a daily schedule email so users can see what they have booked for the day ahead, we also send emails to people when their bookings are created or edited. If you're not receiving these emails you may need to update your preferences in the Settings, as shown here: https://help.resourceguruapp.com/en/articles/2942114-managing-email-notifications.

I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't found Resource Guru to be particularly user friendly. We're always looking to improve so I'd love to understand more about which aspects you found difficult to use. Thanks for sharing your review of Resource Guru :) I wanted to let you know that you can enter text into the search bar in order to locate the resources/projects/clients you're looking for. When you click to filter in the Schedule, you'll find the search bar at the top of the filters window. In regards to an auto refresh, I'm pleased to say that if you leave the schedule open it will automatically update every 5 minutes, so you're always looking at the most recent changes.
