What do you like best about Resource Guru?

The screen layout, user friendly, and everyone has visibility into the schedule. I just really can't remember what we did before Resource Guru. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

I wish I could pick different resources to import into my outlook calendar. Right now, only my schedule is imported. However, as a PM, I would like to see my whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resouce management and staff availability. We have resources booked out almost 10 months in advance; the tool gives us a visual into what projects are happening at the same time and what resources are available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy overview of avaliable resources and booking without emailing invites back and forth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

Always a challenge to allign with other calendars, but current allignment with outlook is quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Resource Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we needed to make calls or send meeting invites back and forth to find avaliable people resources for a project. This then led to a less than perfect client dialog and it required a lot of internal resources to manage.

What do you like best about Resource Guru?

I like that you can utilize the application from anywhere. Users can be easily added for access and regardless of the business/agency the application works the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you did not personally make the reservation, it is difficult to see what is scheduled for the day, even if it involves your company/agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Resource Guru?

Guru is clear and easy to Navigate. You can filter down to the people in your group or wider in the company ( i guess this depends on how you have it set up) Lots of tools and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

Some of the intergration into Outlook is not brilliant. If something is tentative it will not show...work arounds are available so not a massive problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
