When a couple of years ago we were looking to move multiple teams off spreadsheets and into 1 planning system, we found Resource Guru. We like the flexibility and visibility in the tool. The boxes are big enough, you can see at a glance availability, and the projects are scheduled on 1 line. You can use the filters to see your own team or all resources.
We have integrated various systems to provide e.g. active Projects & Clients, Resources and skills. We especially like the features you built for us (SSO and Repeat Bookings), but also more recent updates to e.g. Reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing we dislike. It does the level of scheduling we needed. As we are growing larger, and we collaborate across multiple teams more, next level up will be ability to track changes, and have option to do in-system collaboration and communication around sharing resources.
