RESMAN's tech and user interface is very old school and the lack of a proprietary app is a huge mistake and detracts from the overall experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ResMan offers a user-friendly interface, but its wide array of features can feel overwhelming at first. New users may need a little time to familiarize themselves with the navigation and layout. However, once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is organized, allowing property managers to view and manage critical tasks such as leasing, payments, and tenant communication all in one place. While there are comprehensive financial reports, many times they don't tie together so you can balance them. The budget pro product isn't very sophisticated. Can use some additional work regarding uploading contracts in a more seamless way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that most functions are so user friendly and you can manage how you want your workflow to be. for example Board Room is so easy to manage and I love the Lead tab Functions. Makes my work flow so much easier to notate and manage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exporting only to Microsoft products like Excel. This is also based on personal preference, because I like to use google Docs and Google sheets but it would be nice if i were to be able to export reports to my google sheets account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using ResMan. It is simple and easy to understand. It is also very user friendly, as if I make a mistake, its easy to go and fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just recently am to to Resman, it is extremly user friendly. I have been in property management for 32 years and this is the best management sytem I have worked on. I like how everything I need for my daily business is right in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use for the onsite teams. Customer is support is awesome. The integrations work very well and are easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see more options for the permissions that help us limit what onsite teams can do without taking everything away from them. Example, I don't want the onsite employees removing late fees but I need them to reverse inaccurate charges. I have to take their ability to reverse or edit items to take away their abiity remove late fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be honest, there is not much to dislike! A couple of things I would change are below:
1) When you pull the new prospect report I would love a way to factor out lost and leased, so you are only looking at proper leads to contact.
