I like that with ResMan, if you make a mistake, you can correct and fix it right away. The resident portal offers easy access, and I find it user-friendly, making it simple to explain its features to residents. I also appreciate how there are no problems accessing and navigating the platform; everything functions simply and smoothly. The initial setup was very smooth, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I think the time frame of service tickets' turnaround could be improved. There should be a special call center for service tickets.

I find ResMan makes it easy to fix issues and mistakes, and it's user-friendly, which helps explain it easily to residents. Accessing and navigating the software is simple, which solves potential usability problems.

I like that I can communicate with residents faster using ResMan. It's great that we can text them in a timely manner with details, even pictures. The initial setup was very easy because of the steps provided.

I find ResMan super easy and super efficient, which is great for my work. I particularly value the Proration Calculator, which helps me with adding up all fees accurately. It's very easy to set up, and I have no complaints as everything pretty much works smoothly.

I have no complaints regarding ResMan

The Accounting modules work great. It's fairly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I don't like that there is not a mobile version of the Communication Module. I have to go to a desktop browser to check messages. Also in the last survey I couldn't get rid of the "Thanks for Submitting" message. That should go away on it's own in a few seconds.

This survey is too long.

I like the ease of access to ResMan. The app moves smoothly, and everything is in its own category, making it easy to navigate through the app. The initial setup was pretty simple; I just provided my work email address, and they set up my account.

Just finding the work orders is under its own category under property. I feel like work orders should be in its own category.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ResMan for work orders and residents' phone numbers. The ease of access and smooth navigation are great, making it easy to find what I need quickly.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I find ResMan very user-friendly. I appreciate having all the information I need to take care of prospects, applicants, or residents properly. The availability and property tabs are my favorite because they allow me to locate current residents, new prospects, and applicants easily. I can also find any notes from team members and more.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I wish that ResMan and Elise communicated together. Once you follow up with a prospect on Elise, ResMan does not have a record of it. It would be nice for us to see communication from Elise in ResMan.

ResMan provides all the information I need to manage prospects, applicants, and residents. I like the availability and property tabs for quickly locating residents, prospects, and team notes.

The app is very user-friendly and easy to use. However, I'm not a big fan of the new update; I found the previous version to be much better.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The new update feels less user-friendly. Managing collections has become more complicated, and handling deposit accounting can be tricky.

I was able to adapt quickly, even though I wasn't familiar with it at first. I got the hang of it very fast and found myself able to adjust without much trouble.

ResMan is an easy to use platform, and the software keeps everything streamlined and organized. I love how easily we can upload and sync documents, as well as the integration of information from other platforms. I utilize Resman everyday at work, and Resman is always there for me. It's also super easy to use and easy to train others on how to utilize the ResMan platform. I also love that pulling reports is very simple to do.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The only negative thing I would have to say about Resman is that sometimes it takes a while to load when searching resident's names and pulling reports. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints.

ResMan is solving resident profile streamlining and organizing. It keeps all resident profiles in tact with documents, ledgers, and communication.

ResMan has been an excellent software solution for our apartment operations. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and makes it easy to manage everything from leasing to resident communication in one place. The reporting features are clear and customizable, which helps us stay on top of our goals and keep ownership updated with accurate information.
Our team appreciates how much time ResMan saves us compared to older systems — it’s streamlined our workflow and improved accuracy across the board. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.
Overall, ResMan has been a reliable and efficient tool that truly supports our daily operations and helps us provide better service to our residents.

I would make some changes to the make ready board. Add the move in dates and show alerts for units are behind.

It doesn't work, it's useless

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

For property management, ResMan does not work in Mexico. It has the worst customer service I have seen in the history of a company. It is a platform that does not work, is inadequate and outdated, and does not connect with other tools. They force us to use their electronic signature platforms and do not allow us to connect our own. The dates are American and do not adapt to Mexico. The customer service is terrible, and their executives do not understand how companies operate in Mexico. Due to ResMan's inefficiency, we have had to hire additional companies and software.

We haven't solved any problem with ResMan; it's a platform that doesn't work.

I use ResMan for work in the leasing industry, and it is the best platform I've used so far. I really like the communication features, especially the ability to text or email residents directly, allowing them to respond quickly. I also got used to it very quickly and find that everything works perfectly.

There is nothing that I don't like about resman

I use ResMan to communicate with residents, allowing for direct texting and emailing so they can reply quickly, which solves a lot of my problems.

Some items that affect affordable housing management still have bugs that need to be worked out such as the ability to create and transmit budgets to RD.

I currently have only one affordable property in ResMan at the moment but the ease of use and customer service  response sets it apart from our current affordable software.

Resman is okay. I just font have a lot of positive things to say about it. I'm only typing this much because apparently there us test limit

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

That it doesnt synced from Onsite. I feel like i have to do double work just to complete one task. When i put a resident  on notice or renewed Onsite i have to do it AGAIN in Resman.
I miss Yardi so much. I do not find Resman helpful AT ALL

It is not benefiting me. Its probably the worse app to be creative since working in this industry for 10 years

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

ResMan is easy to use making it easy to train new employees.  I really like that everyone has access to see reports including at the Property level so no one is waiting on someone else to send them information.  The customer support with ResMan is top notch.  ResMan Payments has been a great feature to add and the implementation of it was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I wish there was a way to seperate some of the permissions better.  There are a couple of permissions that I wish I could give to some ne but with out giving them access to do eveything with that feature in ResMan.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows Properties to access reports and resident ledgers in real time instead of waiting on someone from corporate to send them information.  Tracking of approvals of invoices and posting of Rent Payments timely is a huge help.

I enjoy the ability to text clients in bulk. It's very user-friendly, and I am self-taught.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I dislike having to create a new template to send bulk texts. It feels kind of clunky and I wish ResMan could auto-save organic texts as templates instead of making me do the work upfront. Also, screening takes a long time and it currently kicks out the employment information.

I use ResMan for managing resident communication and accounting. It helps me text clients in bulk, which is convenient for communication.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I like the fact that everything is in alphabetical order. The bank account and the properties are easy to find. It was easy to learn how to use ResMan and all its features.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I don't like the new update. Everything is too big to fit on the screen, so I have to use a scroll bar. I don't like the menu being on the side.

ResMan helps me keep up with bills, track payments, balance vendor accounts, and manage voided checks smoothly.

ResMan has been a very helpful and user-friendly platform.
It’s easy to navigate, which makes daily tasks like managing leads, processing applications, and tracking resident information much more efficient. The layout is intuitive, and the features are well-organized, making it a great tool for both new and experienced users in property management.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I have no complaints—I genuinely don’t dislike anything about ResMan. It’s been a reliable and efficient system to work with.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ResMan is solving several key problems in property management, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my daily workflow. One of the biggest issues it addresses is organization and centralization. With ResMan, I no longer have to juggle multiple systems or spreadsheets—everything from prospect management to lease renewals is in one place. This saves time and reduces errors. It also helps with lead tracking and follow-ups. The CRM tools allow me to manage communication logs, schedule tasks, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. That directly benefits occupancy goals and leasing efficiency.
Real-time updates and reporting have also been a major plus. I can easily view the status of applications, work orders, and unit availability, which improves both internal communication and customer service.
Overall, ResMan has made property management more streamlined, efficient, and less stressful. It allows me to focus more on building resident relationships and less on paperwork and manual tracking.

The layout is not ideal and is bulky, too large.

The easy of navigating to different reports.  Very user friendly.  Reports are detailed and downloadable in different formats.  Love the integration with other platforms, that process is very streamlined and easy to work with.

Reman pay and it seems that it takes several days to process.

Wokring with Resman on integrating all of our properties with Bluemoons and Redbook forms.

The HELP button is the bomb. I did not have any training on ResMan, however, the HELP button saved me so many times. There are several ways to pull reports and get to where you need to go.

I can not think of anything that I dislike about ResMan.

It keeps all of my controlled access information with car stickers and fobs, availability of my rental items such as garages and carports, leasing commissions, lease management, and so much more.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

There is a literal HELP tab on the side of the screen. That alone helps so much if you are learning to use Resman. I enjoy it because it brings back Yardi style looks with Entrata simplicity. Resman alone makes it easy to find what you need (as long as you have the permissions). I use it on the daily especially the mobile. Customer support is great when it comes to learning the system.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Not much to dislike. Everything is already at your fingertips. Maybe the mobile version would be my only deal. Always having to log in when you leave the page for half a second. The mobile side could use a more updated version where its as easy as the desktop version

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They take what we are sending out to them and listening to what we need to make out life better.

I like being able to text my residents important information. This feature is especially valuable as it allows me to quickly communicate with residents who are hearing impaired. The initial setup of ResMan was easy too.

I don't like the location of some things in the new update. It's not easy to access shared documents and bulk messaging.

ResMan is a software that is easily maneuverable. easy to understand and easy to learn. It is one of the best ones that I have tried and I believe I have tried them all in my 45 years of property management. I was one of the first property management managers  to beta this program and have enjoyed it every since.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Some of the changes are unnecessary. Leave the boardroom alone....it works well already. The idea that you have to enter something in the search bar and hit enter is time consuming and unnecessary to do.

I am happy at the moment....nothing

It's friendly user. I can run various reports. The workorders are not update to see the most resent, you need to click on show all work orders. Less and  more direct steps needed.

I do not like that you cannot run a report of the alternate contacts or the new layout.

The ease of finding help topics and getting ahold of someone in customer service is the best, you can chat send a email or call. Everyone I ever have talked with is extremely helpful and will get you the answers you need or seek further support and get right back to you. Ther is always a good follow up email as well. I love how everything is on one page for viewing resident info and procedures.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The conversion was not as easy as I think it could have been although any software integration is not easy. I was confused by it all, but they were there and helpful the entire process and for several months after to get us on track. The original training was very good, but too fast going through the initial settings.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use when doing recertification for a 202 PRAC, LIHTC, and Market Rate communities. Making it better for how we work and for the residents to gain access to their information.

That it is user friendly, when I need to train an employee, it takes me at least one week to cover all bases of the position I hired for.

When there is a technical issue it takes a while before anyone contacts the property.

Nothing at the moment, we have been RESMAN for 6 years now, we use to use One - Site.
