What do you like best about ResMan?

This may be unique to our use but not being able to save the Lease matrix makes it very difficult to correct after saving. We must start from the beginning if there is a mistake. Definitely time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

I love the ease of access, I know where to navigate too and if I dont it is pretty easy to find. The support and the monthly calls with our case manager are amazing, yall go above and beyond to help our team, and while I am sure there are many others, Sierra, Beth and Carlos are some of our special people with Resman. What do you dislike about ResMan?

The knowledge of the CSR's however they have done huge improvement over the years and they are getting much much better, used to it would take several days to get a resolution and now its a matter of minutes or hours, huge improvement ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

One place for everything, all of our services are integrated, Flex, Rhino, EPremium, Gatby, Amrent etc...This has been so convenient, when we purchase a new property the integration team is on top of it getting things handled and the ease of the transition makes it all flow better. What do you like best about ResMan?

The staff at Resman always are so willing to help us with any issues we run into. The system is so user friendly and makes work a lot easier. Adding new features and including Apartment Dynamics in helping design those new additions has been really nice. Especially so we can give our inputs from a management conmpany stand point. Plaid is the best integration that's been implemented! From the Accounting side it makes my life so much easier. Even through it's flaws, Caroline and the Resman team helped us to better Plaid! What do you dislike about ResMan?

When I'm working on multiple tabs, I'll set my date range and property to one thing and on another broswer I'll have a different property and different date range. If you save or update that page it changes the property and my dates that you had set. This is very frustrating having to go back and adjust my dates and property each time I save or reload the page. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We just had a flaw with Resman not batching invoices over from AvidXchange. Resman had an update that threw a few things off when moving invoices over. This moved them to the Activity log. We had 100s of invoices that did not come over. But as soon as we reached out to Resman, they were quick to make the correction and save us hours of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is very user friendly and has a lot of built in capability to increase the effeiciency of work with payables. I love that ResMan keeps a personal connecion with their clients. You never feel like you are abother when there is a question or issue that you need help with. Someone at ResMan is always willing to help even if all you need is to talk out the process. What do you dislike about ResMan?

The only thing I can add here is that HUD Voucher Creation can be very slow some months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

The fact that most functions are so user friendly and you can manage how you want your workflow to be. for example Board Room is so easy to manage and I love the Lead tab Functions. Makes my work flow so much easier to notate and manage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

Exporting only to Microsoft products like Excel. This is also based on personal preference, because I like to use google Docs and Google sheets but it would be nice if i were to be able to export reports to my google sheets account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most other products like Entrata and Yardi are so limited in the functionality that I find in my experience doing multifamily property management. What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is extremely user friendly and intuitive to use. It has allowed us to keep the same workforce while expanding our business because of how much time we are able to save by using all the ResMan tools. We are able to complete bank reconciliations within minutes, run report batches customized to client's needs, and overall complete all the leasing and accounting steps with efficiency. What do you like best about ResMan?

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use for the onsite teams. Customer is support is awesome. The integrations work very well and are easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

I'd like to see more options for the permissions that help us limit what onsite teams can do without taking everything away from them. Example, I don't want the onsite employees removing late fees but I need them to reverse inaccurate charges. I have to take their ability to reverse or edit items to take away their abiity remove late fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Minimizes mistakes onsite teams make on ledgers. Yardi and Onesite are a nightare to correct! It's easy to submit vouchers and reconcile them. It doens't take us near as long to reconcile. The boardroom has real time information and I look at all properties at the same time. It really saves time in everyone's day because we have become more efficient. What do you like best about ResMan?

I love the fact that you can fix anything! Its so simple to use and so easy to learn and teach new employees as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

To be honest, there is not much to dislike! A couple of things I would change are below:

1) When you pull the new prospect report I would love a way to factor out lost and leased, so you are only looking at proper leads to contact.

2) I wish the make-ready board was a bit more customizeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love that you can do tasks in bulk! Makes like so much easier when changing dues accross a floorplan or making larger posts versus 1x1 each time. I also LOVE the texting feature, It is one of my top fave things! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

I love how easy it is to find everything. When my company tells me to pull a report with out direction on how to pull the report i can easily figure out what they are needing and send it to them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At time time nothing. If there is something i need in resman then i submit a ticket to resman and normally its added or they tell me how to get the same information a different way or location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
