What do you like best about ResMan?

Resman is a user friendly system that we were able to adjust to in a very short amount of time. Everything is on this database and it integrates so seamlessly with other software. It is very easy to contact customer support for any issues you might have, which has been very few over these last few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

The only issue was the search bar change made recently that no longer fills in automatically. When you deal with such a high number of residents and vendors it is easy to forget names over the years. Having to type in specifically what you're searching for can be rough on the brain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resman allows us to have all the property information beginning with the residents and their full account history and anything pertaining to their time here to all vendor information, including all invoices, payments, copies of checks, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

It is a friendly, efficient, and powerful tool for property management; it makes a difference in saving me considerable amounts of time and effort. It also works for any stage of the Renting process ( prospecting, Application, Leasing, residents, Collecting rent). I use it every single day, and it is perfectly integrated to the maintenance software. The Training to use it was simple, so it was also easy to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is extremely user friendly and intuitive to use. It has allowed us to keep the same workforce while expanding our business because of how much time we are able to save by using all the ResMan tools. We are able to complete bank reconciliations within minutes, run report batches customized to client's needs, and overall complete all the leasing and accounting steps with efficiency. What do you dislike about ResMan?

I have yet to find a downside to using ResMan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

ResMan is always updating it's reports to include more nieche reports. They recently changed how you can reach customer support and that will be very beneficial Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

I love the ease of access, I know where to navigate too and if I dont it is pretty easy to find. The support and the monthly calls with our case manager are amazing, yall go above and beyond to help our team, and while I am sure there are many others, Sierra, Beth and Carlos are some of our special people with Resman. What do you dislike about ResMan?

The knowledge of the CSR's however they have done huge improvement over the years and they are getting much much better, used to it would take several days to get a resolution and now its a matter of minutes or hours, huge improvement ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

One place for everything, all of our services are integrated, Flex, Rhino, EPremium, Gatby, Amrent etc...This has been so convenient, when we purchase a new property the integration team is on top of it getting things handled and the ease of the transition makes it all flow better. What do you like best about ResMan?

The staff at Resman always are so willing to help us with any issues we run into. The system is so user friendly and makes work a lot easier. Adding new features and including Apartment Dynamics in helping design those new additions has been really nice. Especially so we can give our inputs from a management conmpany stand point. Plaid is the best integration that's been implemented! From the Accounting side it makes my life so much easier. Even through it's flaws, Caroline and the Resman team helped us to better Plaid! What do you dislike about ResMan?

When I'm working on multiple tabs, I'll set my date range and property to one thing and on another broswer I'll have a different property and different date range. If you save or update that page it changes the property and my dates that you had set. This is very frustrating having to go back and adjust my dates and property each time I save or reload the page. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We just had a flaw with Resman not batching invoices over from AvidXchange. Resman had an update that threw a few things off when moving invoices over. This moved them to the Activity log. We had 100s of invoices that did not come over. But as soon as we reached out to Resman, they were quick to make the correction and save us hours of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

It is very intuitive and easy to learn. I do not ever struggle to find reports that I need or export reports for presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ResMan?

ResMan is very user friendly and has a lot of built in capability to increase the effeiciency of work with payables. I love that ResMan keeps a personal connecion with their clients. You never feel like you are abother when there is a question or issue that you need help with. Someone at ResMan is always willing to help even if all you need is to talk out the process. What do you dislike about ResMan?

The only thing I can add here is that HUD Voucher Creation can be very slow some months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's only 2 things I wish were different but can you really get everything you wish?

1. When putting in a prospect a requirement is to put in there address but most people calling do not want to give you that information yet. It kinda scares them away.

2. If you don't use the system for more than 5 minutes, it logs you out. I wish it lasts longer before I get logged out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
