The onboarding and support we have received is, so far, the best thing about Reseller Ratings. There is a large selection of tools and features. The Dahsboard is a little messy and hard to navigate at first. There is definitely a learning curve to find all the tools and what each of them does. and while the live person support is great, their Help documentation needs updating BADLY. I could easily find answers to many of my questions with a quick query in their Knowledge base, but there are a limited number of articles and many are outdated. The bugs and glitches on the site make it difficult to work with at times. Some features, i have to constantly refresh to use. Sometimes basic data on the dashboard doesn't load and we have to refresh, or click other tabs for the information to display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resellerratings connects to our site through a Pixel. This makes it an easy and automatic process to ask for customer reviews of our service. Because every single one of our customers receives a survey we get a much higher number of reviews than when we were asking for Google reviews manually. It really saves us time. I am happy with the service. I suppose I do not enjoy paying the monthly fee...haha. I do at times have customers that violate the terms of submitting a valid review. There have been a few times that there have been some valid reviews that never went live because the customer did not see the activation email from resellerratings. Reseller Ratings is incredibly easy to work with. Our site is a bit "customized," and ResellerRatings had no issue getting us up and running in just a matter of hours. They are very helpful when setting up new features and continuously add new things for us to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
