Not possible to import company information at the moment, so you have to create custom fields for people that actually relate to their organisations (meaning poor integration in this respect with Pipedrive). Being about 6 months, it's time for an update on my review.
Very intuitive to use, nice UID - I had used a few other tools in the past and I feel like this is the one I fancy the most. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable. They've been quick to address any questions or issues I've had.
I'm also surprised by the accurate contact details the extension gives for the US market. I use 3 other tools in parallel to the Findy extension and it's sometimes found contact details the others did not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cancelled my subscription because I don't use it too much and the contact finder is not working for about 1 out of 4 times. Within the first 5 months I had to go back to customer support 4 times because I had issues. It's an endless reinstalling of the extensions, rebooting the browser, deactivating other extensions and reactivating them again and what not to make it work again. This allone made me not use the tool that much. When it does work - the data it finds is fairly accurate for the US market (see pro's above), rather poor or not available at all for the European market. That's probably an issue though most contact finder tools have.
I had some hickups with my steps in the sequences but I guess that was part of my learning curve. I'm still not entirely sure if the one off sendouts really work (my test to myself didn't) and I'd love to have a less cumbersome access to a) the contacts I sent to and b) to the stats. Customer support is fantastic — they are empathetic and warm, but also efficient and quick to communicate. We're in the early stages of running a trial, but super impressed by their support team - and Maria in particular - who went above and beyond to find a solution for Triggers based on our integration with Hubspot and calendar tools. The platform itself feels very intuitive, the Hubspot data sync works well and overall we're impressed and look forward to seeing how the different automated email flows help our business nurture leads as a SaaS platform! The things I most like about reply is that it has diverse features, like email seqencing, making calls, getting leads from thier data, their customer support and easy navigation. I can also integrate reply with other SaaS tools to make things easier.

There is nothing that I dislike about Reply, but there are two things which need some work:
1) Website design is not old but it should be modern, like appolo, lemlist e.t.c.
2) While extracting data it has many criterias to filter out but I think they should add 2,3 more features which Apollo.io has which are finding techstack (which softwares your leads are using) and like the funding amount and latest funding round of the leads or companies.
