I can't express enough how much Reply.io has transformed my workflow. What do you like best about Reply?

I have used some of the bigger platforms and have always been disapointed with their support teams. Reply's support is quick and extremely helpful, always willing to work through any issue within 5 minutes of reaching out (other platforms have taken days). Even being a small account, we are always taken care of. The platform also has everything you need for creating and executing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Inbound emails take about 20 minutes to appear in the platform's inbox, which can be a little inconvenient, but that is really the only negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes it very easy to stay organized with your outreach. Whether it is a full blown multi-touch campaign, or just a quick mass outreach, the tool helps you stay organized so nothing slips through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

You only get a single point of contact if you are at a certain level, so while the virtual support is SUPER helpful, I end up asking them a lot of clarifying questions that I might have known if I had an onboarding point of contact. What do you like best about Reply?

This has been great for our company to reach a large amount of potential customers in a short amount of time. Customer support is quick with any questions when setting up the integration of the program with your email. We had a few issues but were able to resolve them quickly. With a lot of sequences occurring at once it'd be nice if they could be organized in folders. So when additional contacts are added to the sequence you dont have to search for the sequence in the list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reply?

Absolutely nothing about this service is to my liking. It's a total disappointment. I can give you 100 reasons why you should never use it ever in your life Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The sequences are sent in the order the system decides.

2. Outdated contact database that has not been updated for years

3. LinkedIn profiles are constantly falling off. Because of this, outreach campaigns are canceled.

4. Constant bugs in the system
