The ease of use and implementation and the automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say that the pricing schema is a menu of items, which is nice for those looking to piecemeal what they want in their solution. I prefer the all-in-one approach. But I believe that's more just preference.
Their customer service is not very good. Their pricing practices are close to being predatory. Their automatic renewals will catch up to you and their stance is to not reimburse even if one day into the annual cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy to use Reply's AISDR tool is and the AIChat. I can not recommend it enough especially for lean sales teams. We automate sales outreach so that our reps have time to do the work of identifying new leads and making phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to encounter a negative with the platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the straightforward software, something you can hit some roadblocks, but then you can easily reach out for help in the support chat. Also, the software is easy to integrate and connect with Gmail just a few clicks.
By far the best part is the customization options and in what order you can reach out. I do about 5 to 10 times what I would normally send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only roadblock is in some cases the price, but with things like this it's always a calculation on how much you make from it.
For me, it's easy if I can do 5 to 10 times the volume and 5x the revenue 50 bucks is nothing. Or ad it's the highest price it is 90 so still not that much if is you get a high ticket customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are looking for one tool that can solve your email management/marketing/sales problems, Reply is the one. It has everything that's needed and the best part is that the team keeps on upgrading it now and then making you stay ahead always. Implementing multiple sequences and integrating with multiple other tools can be done easily. I am a daily user and highly commend the customer support team! Highly recommended! There is absolutely nothing that I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply.io is easily accessible and can automate your email campaigns, integrates with your CRM, and provides user dashboards and insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I beleive the a la carte nature of reply.io makes it expensive if you want to upgrade to use various features. a good example of this would be comparing it to spirit airlines. Spirit has the cheapest point of entry, but if you want the same experience, it's going to cost you.
I also think that the AI that is attached to products like Reply.io (and others like Apollo) are lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is really intuuitive and easy to learn. There's a ton of support content that's really helpful, and the support team is really responsive and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have anything negative to say about Reply! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply has been a game-changer for my company's outreach campaigns, the AI writing assistant and multichannel sequences are pretty amazing. Reply has proven to be a great tool.

Reply is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make managing outbound email campaigns a breeze. The intuitive interface allows you to quickly set up and customize your campaigns, while the wide range of options—like automated follow-ups, A/B testing, and detailed analytics—gives you the flexibility to tailor your approach for maximum effectiveness. Whether you're a seasoned marketer or new to email campaigns, Reply makes it easy to engage your audience and track your results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Reply offers a lot of great features, they do tend to push AI-based upsells that can clutter the user interface. These constant prompts for additional AI tools can be a bit distracting and make navigating through the portal less smooth than it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I heard about Reply from my friend, who had been using it for years. So, I decided to implement it in my sales team. Since I have no experience working with automation tools, I asked for help from the Reply support team. They answered all my questions on a call, showed me the main features, and helped me start my first campaign.
As a result, the multichannel sequences work perfectly, and integration with CRM (I'm using HubSpot) works well. If someone opts out, Reply immediately change the status for this lead, and stop sending emails to them. PLUS, the feature to find new leads and emails is super useful.
I highly recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
