I've never ran an email campagin before.. ran my 1st w/ their AI SDR! BOOKED A MEETING in the first 40 emails sent. Blown away with their product!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Um I can't say theres much I dislike about it. I look forward to seeing them expand their features with AI SDR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply has been the platform we've been waiting for. From their user-friendly and intuitive interface, to there their helpful documentation and support, you can tell the Reply team has spent time and dedication to build a product that truly works for you. And this is coming from the perspective of the web design creative agency Black Flag Creative (https://blackflagcreative.com). From day 1 since we signed up, we've used the platform on the daily as we want to get the most out of the product. It was a seamless experience to implement our contact list. We always admire stumbling across products that work in our favor and Reply is one of the top products we've used by far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints so far! It's been a seamless experience to get up and running. Can't get much more simple than that. Can't wait to see more feature integrations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes email campaigns that would be difficult to manage nearly effortless. I love the ability to A/B test different options without needing to manually keep track of which customers got which email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints. I have never personally used any other email campaign managing software but I see no reason to stray from Reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I really appreciate about Reply.io is its AI-driven email personalization and the ease with which I can create multi-channel campaigns. The ability to seamlessly run automated outreach at scale, especially for ABM, is a big advantage. It makes personalizing large volumes of outreach both manageable and efficient. On the downside, navigating some features, like the reports section and custom fields, can be clunky. While importing the contacts field mapping is not so smooth, it doesn't detect the fields automatically unless you rename them to their nomenclature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply is an excellent solution for anyone looking to make multichannel marketing and sales more efficient and to break down channel silos. It offers complete transparency into the success of each channel. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, no matter how clueless you might feel. There are comprehensive explanations and tutorials for every feature. Highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's quite complex in its features, so you need to take some time to get familiar with it and read up, but that also brings possibilities that others don’t offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great tool and exceptional customer service. I came on to my company during the pandemic to build out prospecting systems from scratch and Reply.io has been part of my strategy since the early days. During my time as an SDR, I had personally booked 340 discovery calls, a newer hire was brought on 18 months ago and he has booked 240 discovery calls using this same strategy. Reply is an excellent tool for getting your message out there while automating most things, the automation around opt outs, replies, etc is incredibly valuable for saving time. Overall the AI tools are in their early stages but I can tell this will be great in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Reply on and off for abouyt 5 years, or at least 5 years. I have found it a great tool. One of things I like about it best is that I can get higher deliverability rates, and the unsubscribe links are more subtle, so I can make it through to people's inboxes. Not sure, but this seems to be one of reply's best kept secrets, the subtle yet compliant unsubscribe links.
I haven't ventured into their AI scheduling, but that looks to be great too. I plan on using reply for as long as they are a great service and for now, they are. Also, Darla and Anastia and the other support team are wonderul. I know that Intercom helps ease this, but the support team has been great and is getting better the last few years. Thanks to reply team for making a great product, and I am happy to leave a review for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is expensive, but for what you get, I think good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply is very easy to use, with a straightforward UX design and plenty of features for base-level users like me. I started using Reply for outreach campaigns in my role, and getting over the learning curve was a cinch. As someone new to creating email campaigns, Reply couldn't be a better tool to start familiarizing myself with these processes.
My outreach projects are rather simple, but thankfully the Reply team provides timely support when I run into issues. I use Reply daily, so knowing that the team is always ready to help is great.
I also appreciate Reply's spam testing tool, which alerted me to an issue I need to address with my IT, and the Reply team provided a thorough response when I clicked the suggested follow-up in the app.
In short, the best features are the ease of use and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As I'm writing this, Reply does not have a direct integration with Microsoft Outlook, which might inhibit some of my use cases.
For example, the Chrome extension is required to use the manual step feature in a sequence. I wasn't able to give it a real test drive because I didn't proceed with the setup function that would have used my personal Gmail to complete. I was hesitant to do that given that my work email is through Outlook, and I did not want Reply connected in any way to my personal Gmail. I believe it would be more intuitive if the manual feature could be triggered directly in the Reply app. Because of this issue and that I did not find the explanation very clear when setting up my campaign, I had to create a new campaign from scratch and then import my list again. This caused some issues with duplicate emails being sent to a handful of recipients. Thankfully this was a low-stakes issue that didn't harm anything...
I would love a Calendly or Outlook integration for the calendar/meeting scheduling feature, for example. I have to manually note what meetings were set while running a campaign, rather than Reply automatically designating the interaction as such in the campaign results. Perhaps the team will be able to integrate these features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply.io is a powerful making it easy for automating and personalizing outreach efforts. Its strong integration capabilities and detailed analytics and enjoyed the 14 day trial so far. It is a paid plan so will be excited to see how the features and functionality make it a worthwhile investment for helping me streamline some outreach and drive more results. Maybe the high cost can be a set back for smaller businesses or startups. Lastly, while support is available, response times and the effectiveness of solutions can vary, because it doesn'ts seem like there is anyone there during business hours in the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reply's interface is easy to navigate and the outreach stats page is very insightful to determine the outsource efforts for each one of our clients. The AI features to enhance our email templates is also super helpful! Using Reply saved me nearly 30 hours of work per month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if we could group our sequences. We work with different sequences per client, and the ability of organise our sequences and templates accordly would be great. It would also be great is we could have the stats for all the sequences in the folder, instead just for each sequence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
