Reply is the strongest email automation and sequence-building tool, beating out all of the other players in that category. The ability to customize individual emails without leaving the list-building workflow is great, and their AI capabilities are better today than Apollo, Lemlist, etc.. Some of the API integrations are still clunky (e.g., LinkedIn). Reply is best used as a standalone sequence tool alongside different CRM and email validation tools. I was surprised to find that not only could I use Reply for my outreach sequences/campaigns but that they've built enough functionality that I'm also using it as my CRM (was originally also looking at using the free version of Hubspot in conjunction with Reply).
